Good news from AHA
||
Group,
Our
group fairs great for AHA this year compared with zero acceptance last year. Our group
efforts paid off – Asli,
Nate, Yian, Alex and Subat all
got one oral presentation and Megan has two poster presentations (God
knows that she cannot go to AHA due to baby delivery - so let her do poster
instead). Many of them co-authored in other presentations as well. Our success
rate is 67%,much better than the 25% average success rate for AHA overall -
Congratulations to all of them –
Don’t be discouraged if yours did not get accepted -
We will have a group celebration
this Saturday 8/6 at 5 PM at my place –
beers, BBQ, potluck and volleyball -
