摘要

全球经济一体化对中国市场经济的影响越来越大，特别是在中国加入WTO以后，大量的具有竞争实力的跨国汽车企业进入了中国市场，国内汽车市场的竞争日趋激烈。在我国汽车制造企业中，过去一直沿用的物流模式和管理方式依然随处可见，不仅与国际上著名的汽车制造企业的差距很大，而且也不利于参与国际竞争。因此，如何提高国内汽车企业供应物流水平，使其运作模式更合理、流程更顺畅，从而提高中国汽车制造企业及其产品在国内外市场的竞争能力，是一项非常具有现实意义的研究课题。

本文主要针对中国汽车企业未来供应物流运作模式和供应物流流程展开研究，主要内容是:

1.详细分析了当前国内汽车企业在供应物流中存在的问题，特别是供应物流模式及其流程的问题。提出了改变其运作模式、优化其流程的必要性。

2.分析并研究了国际标杆企业供应物流运作模式，并与国内企业进行了标杆比较，通过研究得到了适合于中国未来发展的先进的供应物流运作模式，为其在中国汽车行业的应用提供了借鉴依据。

3.用SCOR理论分析了供应物流流程层次和结构，提出了针对国内汽车供应物流流程优化的原则和目标，并运用流程链分析方法使流程得到了分析和优化。

本文的研究对于帮助国内汽车企业提高供应物流水平具有很好的参考价值和应用性。论文的最后对全文进行了总结，并对未来发展进行了展望。

ABSTRACT

The global economic integration has more and more impact on China's market economy, especially after China's accession to the WTO, great amount transnational automobile enterprises with their competitive entered the Chinese market, the domestic car market has an increasingly fierce competitive. In the automobile manufacturing enterprises in China, the logistics model and the management style have been always used in the past and are still everywhere, not only the gap is great compared with the internationally renowned manufacturing enterprises, it is but also not conducive to participation in international competition.

Therefore, how to improve the level of supply logistics in the domestic automobile enterprises,, rationalize its mode of operation, make the process smoother, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the Chinese auto manufacturers and their products in the international market is a very practical significant  research topic.

This dissertation aiming at the supply logistics mode of operation and its processes in Chinese auto enterprises mainly studies:

1. Detailed analyze the problems of supply logistics in the domestic auto enterprises, especially the problems in the supply logistics model and its processes. Bring up the necessary of changing its mode of operation and optimizing processes.

2. Analyze and study the supply logistics mode of operation of the international benchmarking enterprises, compared with domestic enterprises, obtain the advanced supply logistics mode of operation which suitable for Chinese future development, offer the reference for its application in the Chinese automotive industry.

3. Use SCOR theory to analyze of the level and structure of supply logistics processes, offer the principles and objectives for the domestic automotive supply logistics process optimization, use the process chain analysis method to optimize the process.

The research with Good reference value and applications can help the domestic automobiles enterprises to raise the level of supply logistics.
