康德作品以晦涩难懂著称，其中写作是一个重要原因。下面是他的《判断力批判》中的一句话：

This effort, and the feeling of the unattainability of the idea by means of imagination, is itself a presentation of the subjective finality of our mind in the employment of the imagination in the interests of the mind’s supersensible province, and compels us subjectively to think nature itself in its totality as a presentation of something supersensible, without our being able to effectuate this presentation objectively.（James Creed Meredith英译）

这一句倒是没有从句嵌套从句的情况，但是过多的抽象名词，以及多重“of结构”及介词（in）结构，是理解困难的一个重要原因。一般不建议用两重及以上的“of结构”。
