深圳湾实验室简介 

深圳湾实验室（生命信息与生物医药广东省实验室）是广东省、深圳市建设粤港澳国际科技创新中心和综合性国家科学中心的重大战略部署，是深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区行动中，全力支持的重大创新载体， 由深圳市科创委和北京大学深圳研究生院共同举办，主要围绕生命信息、创新药物和医学工程三个方面开展科学研究。 

深圳湾实验室面向世界科技前沿和人民生命健康，紧紧围绕国家战略布局，以协同攻克生命健康重大科学难题为导向，以肿瘤、代谢与心血管、神经退行性、传染性等重大疾病的预防、诊断和治疗为焦点，以IT+BT融合及多学科交叉为特色，开展疾病机理、生命信息、创新药物、医学成像等领域研究。在深圳湾实验室，重大疾病问题与前沿学科技术互为经纬，以科研单元矩阵式设计打破传统学科界限，充分促进学科交叉优势；以自由探索与协同攻关双轮驱动，散点侦察与阵地突破的结合，对生命健康问题开展更全面且更精准的研究，实践新型举国体制科研新模式。 

医药健康技术与工程研究所简介 

医药健康技术与工程研究所，面向健康中国国家战略需求，聚焦制约我国医药健康产业发展的"卡脖子"科学和技术难题，延揽国际优势科研和顶尖人才，通过多学科交叉和跨界融合，构建医药健康创新研究与应用转化的平台和基地，开展引领国际医药健康领域的高水平研究，在创新药物、新型疫苗、健康干预等方面实现系列原创性科学技术突破，开展产学研医全链条创新转化研究，形成原始创新能力和集成创新能力，培养高端人才，助力企业完成医药健康工业技术改造和转型升级，支撑一批具有国际竞争力和行业引领力的医药与健康科技企业，不断提升深圳医药与健康产业的国际竞争力。 

课题组简介 

孙勇奎院士，医药所所长，医药所召集人之一，美国国家工程院院士，原力生命科学有限公司的创始人之一。他在默克、默沙东连续工作二十余载，拥有非常丰富的药物研发经验，并对新药商业化的全过程非常熟悉。目前，由他创办的公司融资金额已超过8亿元。 

Peter E. Lobie，新西兰皇家科学院院士，清华-伯克利深圳学院精准医学与公共健康研究中心主任，致力于癌症靶向治疗的研究。他领衔研发的新药，多用于治疗女性的生殖系统肿瘤， 

如乳腺癌、卵巢癌、子宫癌等。 

孙勇奎院士课题组与Lobie院士课题组合作研发抗肿瘤药物。 

招聘岗位介绍 

岗位一：副研究员（1人） 

岗位工作内容： 

The candidate will lead a research group team to identify or validate novel targets, and investigate the mechanism of drug resistance. The successful candidate will be expected to propose research directions and drug discovery projects with global first-in-class or best-in-class potentials. He or She will independently design, execute and manage internal research projects, collaborate with other groups within the institute and manage external collaborations. In addition, the candidate will be able to communicate research updates in the form of oral presentations internally and/or externally and deliver results in written documents for patent filings and publications. 

Successful candidate will work closely with two academician PI’s (Prof. Peter Lobie and Prof. Yongkui Sun), and has opportunity to work closely with scientists in a bio-tech company for translational research. 

•Build a research group team to explore cutting-edge scientific topics on Disease/ translational biology. It’s preferred to have rich research experience in the field of immuno-oncology and targeted therapy. 

•Identify and validate novel drug targets and new mechanisms of actions, and propose early drug discovery projects with high potentials;  

•Work independently to conduct research related to cancer therapy and define tumor intrinsic resistance mechanisms of immune-checkpoint or target therapy. 

•Independently lead a scientific team and collaborate with other research scientists from the institute and manage external collaborations to deliver results for high value patent or high impact factor publication. 

岗位要求： 

•PhD in Cancer Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology or other related Biological sciences. Research experiences in Cancer cell biology, cell cycle/signaling, drug resistance or related field are highly desirable.  

•With postdoctoral working experience in world renowned lab, industry experience preferred. 

•Familiar with drug discovery, and experience to lead drug discovery programs from hit generation to IND-enabling studies would be advantageous. 

•Good tracking record of scientific publications.

岗位二：博士后（4人） 

岗位工作内容： 

A postdoctoral position is available immediately for highly motivated Ph.D. graduates with background in oncology, molecular or cellular biology, biochemistry or other related fields who are interested in translational medicine research. The laboratory has developed a number of patented and novel drugs to novel therapeutic targets in oncology and the preclinical development and characterization of these drugs in various clinical contexts will form the basis for the programme. The successful candidate will help to design experiments, conduct experiments, analyse data, write papers, write grants, mentor students, and compete for fellowships. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with two academician PI’s (Prof. Peter Lobie and Prof. Yongkui Sun), and opportunity to supervise a technical staff member. 

岗位要求： 

•PhD in cancer biology or related area, the doctoral degree obtained within 2 years 

•Be under the age of 35 and physically adequate 

•Expertise in DNA and protein biology (including work on oncogene proteins and transcription factors) is preferred 

•Strong background and working knowledge of basic molecular and cellular biology techniques such as cell culture, cloning, real-time PCR and western blotting 

•Any experience with animal modeling, analyses of human clinical samples, is highly desirable 

•Experience in drug development, mechanisms and interactions  

•A proven track record in the form of publications in international English language journals 

•Ability to communicate in written and spoken English 

条件待遇： 

•Besides competitive compensation, postdoc can obtain application-based living subsidies of 180,000 RMB per year provided by Shenzhen government. 

•Qualified postdoc can also obtain 100,000 RMB per year according to Fenji Postdoctoral Program of SZBL. 

•After leaving SZBL, postdocs can apply for research grants of 300,000 RMB in total for three years if they continue to conduct scientific research in Shenzhen and when the related application requirements are met. Also, qualified postdocs are encouraged to apply for Shenzhen Bay Fellow to receive corresponding benefits based on specific application requirements. 

岗位三：研究助理（4人） 

岗位工作内容： 

1、协助博士后及助理研究员开展日常科研工作。 

2、能够按照计划独立完成分子细胞生物学等相关实验。 

3、根据项目需要，及时、准确、完整、科学地记录实验结果，参与数据审核，问题分析和实验结果统计归纳。 

4、能够进行文献检索及相关报告的撰写，及时了解跟踪行业热点，能够主动学习新知识新技术。 

岗位要求： 

1、具有分子细胞生物学、生物化学、生物技术、基础医学等生命科学或医学相关专业背景的本科或硕士学历。 

2、熟悉基本的分子细胞生物学及免疫学的实验技能，有相关从业经验者优先。 

3、具备较强的学习能力和科研思维，能够独立分析和解决问题；责任心强，有较好的沟通能力。 

4、有一定的英语阅读能力，具备英语六级或以上水平者优先。 

5、能够长期稳定工作者优先。 

条件待遇：
