和驯化相关的水稻基因

这里的驯化是这个词Domestication,水稻中已经克隆了多个和此相关的基因,此帖来汇总这些基因.总体感觉能和这个词沾边的基因研究,发表文章的水平都比较高.现在进行基因克隆好象也有个趋势:克隆了一个基因后(基因克隆一般情况实际只研究了两个等位基因),发掘更多的等位基因,从进化角度进一步阐明基因功能.现在关联作图在植物中应用特别受到关注,这个趋势应该会更加明显.

这是篇06年的文章,突然想起了,文章并没细看,但我记得这个基因已经克隆了.我需要的时候能把它抓出来就行了.看文献好象真的没有必要每篇都很仔细的看,毕竟时间有限,关键是在需要的时候能把它找出来,如果需要仔细看,再仔细看.

这篇是意外的收获,男弟说这是最有名的落粒性控制基因,我说是qSH1,所以让他把文章发过来,两篇都是06年的science
