2010（3）IAEJ《国际农业工程学报》出版
又是几个不眠之夜，终于完成了亚洲农业工程学会（Asian Association for Agricultural Engineering）会刊《国际农业工程学报》(International Agricultural Engineering Journal) 2010年第3期的出版工作。按照季刊的出版周期现在本应该出版第4期了，而现在才出版第3期实在有点儿说不过去。但因为我们2010年6月底才接管该刊， 7月份才完成编辑部从泰国曼谷到中国北京的移交。 我接手该刊的工作后，7月底出版了第1期，9月中旬出版了第2期。按照我的计划，本打算在11月份出版第3期，12月底出版第4期。但因为手头还有2008年创办的IJABE和新接管的CIGR Journal要做，加之编辑团队尚未培养起来，我又在美国明尼苏达大学访学，同时要筹办2010年12月在美国得克萨斯召开的“2010中美精准农业智能装备和航空遥感测试技术学术研讨会”，实在忙不开工作就被迫拖延了下来。
其实也有同事和朋友善意的建议我将第3期和第4期合并出版，问题就解决了。过去的几年该刊也经常这么干，如2008年将4期合并1期出版（“四合一”），2009年将4期合并为2期出版（“四合二”）。我要是将第3、4期合并一期出版，全年为“四合三”模式，相对于过去，也还算是个进步。但我希望改变此现状，作为一本有近20年办刊历史并被《工程索引》等多家国际知名检索系统收录的具有一定国际影响的专业期刊，最起码应该保证正常出版，所以勉力为之。虽然时间晚了，我想还是要努力去做，争取在春节前出版2010年的第4期。
在此，我作为执行主编，代表主编和编辑部对期刊未能按时出版向广大读者和作者道歉。感谢大家的关注和支持！希望2011年重新组建编委会和培训编辑团队后，我们能按时出刊。也希望中国农业工程界的朋友多多支持我们所出版的几本期刊。
现将本期目录和全文的PDF发布于此。因为IAEJ目前尚没有网络版（正在建设网站争取2011年全线上网，网址www.iaej.asia），本博文是目前该期文章唯一能在线获取的途径，欢迎关注和浏览。
