I am not sure how many email accounts you have, I have more than two. Instead of signing in to each using the Web, I access them through Mac's "Mail" tool. It may seem complicated at first, but one gets used to it.

The trouble came yesterday when I saw "yahoo email accounts being hacked." I wanted to be safe, so I started to change my password for yahoo and others. I was too lazy to sign in to my UH email, and thought I could change it under "Mail." Well, I was wrong (but I didn't know that).

I was having problems with my UH email, and the problem didn't go away. Luckily, I was able to sign up for a 30-min one-to-one, and Trainer Joe helped me out.

Since it didn't take 25 mins, I asked Joe to show me some tricks. He mentioned Commend+Space bar, which reminded me that I had him as a trainer before. Then, he showed me Commend+L (to grab an URL location). Joe seemed a bit too serious and in a hurry. Well, I wanted to learn, so I asked him to slow down, and he did. (This is what I used to tell my "students," ask me to explain it again, if you don't understand what I just said. After all, it's my loss if I pretended I understood Joe when I didn't.)
