医生阿波罗，

药神思乐思，

爽利神谢亚，

药女神娜琊，

诸神皆作证，

女神亦作证，

我以才与识，

守此诺与誓。

若父或若母，

凡传我艺者，

将与同甘苦，

我物如彼物，

彼子如我子，

技艺倾囊授。

我之药与嘱，

专为去疾病，

以我才与识，

不害任何人，

即或受逼迫，

不以毒害人，

不以毒教人，

亦不堕人胎。

然以纯洁故，

若得结石病，

我不为开刀，

虽然知此症，

请另觅能者。

无论入何门，

我只为医病，

远离诸恶趣，

不受色利诱，

无论男与女，

无论主与奴。

凡我为医时，

所知诸事谋，

我将严守之，

不为外人道。

如我守此誓，

悦生复悦道，

人无不颂扬；

如我背此誓，

让我不得意。

I swear by Apollo阿波罗, the healer 医治者, Asclepius〈希神〉阿斯克勒庇俄斯(医药神), Hygieia 希捷雅 健康女神, and Panacea 怕那颗牙，似是医药女神, and I take to witness all the gods 诸神皆作证, all the goddesses 诸女神皆作证, to keep according to my ability and my judgment, the following Oath and agreement:医生阿波罗，药神思乐思，爽利神谢亚，药女神娜琊，诸神皆作证，女神皆作证，我以我才识，守此诺与誓。

To consider dear to me, as my parents, him who taught me this art 若父或若母，凡传我艺者; to live in common with him and 将与同甘苦, if necessary, to share my goods with him 我物如彼物，; To look upon his children as my own brothers 彼子如我子, to teach them this art 技艺倾囊授.

I will prescribe 开药 regimens 医嘱 for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone 我具药与嘱，专为去疾病。以我才与识，不害任何人.I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked 即或受逼迫，不以毒害人，不以毒教人, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion 亦不堕人胎.But I will preserve the purity of my life and my arts 然以纯洁故，若得结石病，我不为开刀，虽然知此症，请另觅能者. I will not cut for stone, even for patients in whom the disease is manifest; I will leave this operation to be performed by practitioners, specialists in this art.

In every house where I come I will enter only for the good of my patients 无论入何门，我只为医病，远离诸恶趣，不受利欲诱，无论男与女。, keeping myself far from all intentional ill-doing and all seduction and especially from the pleasures of love with women or with men, be they free or slaves 无论主与奴. All that may come to my knowledge in the exercise of my profession or in daily commerce 贸易 with men 凡我为医时，所知诸事谋，, which ought not to be spread abroad, I will keep secret and will never reveal 我将严守之，不为外人道.

If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art 如我守此誓，悦生复悦道，人无不颂扬, respected by all men and in all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot 如我毁此誓，让我不得意.
