参加“第七届国际镁及镁合金会议”

由中国材料研究学会(C-MRS)和镁合金学报（JMA）等主办。国际镁合金学会（IMS）， 中国科学院金属研究所、重庆大学和中国材料研究学会镁合金分会等单位承办的“第七届国际镁及镁合金会议”于 2020 年 11 月 19-22 日同时在中国重庆、 沈阳及线上召开。
第一届国际镁合金会议于 2003 年在北京举办，第二届至第六届国际镁合金会议分别于北京（ 2005 年） 、 青岛（ 2008、 2011和 2013 年） 和沈阳（ 2017 年） 成功举办。
会议主题包括：原镁生产技术，相变，合金开发，力学和物理性能，设计和应用，模拟，产品生产工艺，焊接和连接，腐蚀和表面精加工，镁及其合金的应用，合金回收和环境问题，其它议题等。
第一次全球线下线上镁合金会议组织难度大，有时网络联系不畅，时间跨度大，从下午至深夜（16：00-23：00）。印象最深的问候是“Good morning, good afternoon, good evening ”或者“Good day, good evening ”。
在本次大会期间，国际镁学会（International Magnesium Society）和镁合金学报（Journal of Magnesium and Alloys）联合进行了首届国际镁科学技术奖（International Magnesium Science & Technology Award）评选活动。详情请见附后链接。
在本次大会期间，召开了镁合金学报（Journal of Magnesium and Alloys）编委会。
