节能灯：节能VS环保

2010年，我国共生产 节能灯 42.6亿支，约占全球总产量的80%。中国一年节能灯生产耗费的汞在20吨左右。而1毫克汞会污染1吨饮用水、10吨地表水。对于废弃节能灯国家并没有建立相应的回收制度，导致大量废弃节能灯随着生活垃圾填埋，对人体和环境造成了危害。
