2011年10月8日发布的“介绍一种方正书版大样转化PDF文档的简便方法”3天之内曾经有230余人进行过浏览，可见使用方正书版的人还是非常关心如何将排版结果方便快捷地转化为适宜于大众化浏览的通用格式-PDF文档。其实，在大样打印的基础上，类似的软件很多，就是其转换结果有所差异，存在这样或者那样的功能缺陷，但是对于实现无纸化办公，出版机构的书稿校对等一切定向传播均可使用，只要转化的PDF文件大小不是太大，电子邮件传输方便，都可以认为是比较理想的插件。
