There are lots of colleagues finishing their PhD project this year. One from India already made it done. Two Germans are planning to submit their dissertations in summer. Three Iranians are also coming to an end soon.

 

Among the remaining people, I am supposed to have lots of results in hand. Unfortunately I feel a little bit upset. Since months ago, I got realised that the situation as a whole is not that optimistic. I just could not push myself too much. Sometimes shit happens, it is just fine. If it always happens, one really has to take it seriously.

 

People tend to find reasons, especially excuses, for whatever not as good as expected. I was told that whoever works with my head will be completely placed in endless circle. My boss is somehow a lazy guy. He does not care about anything. Good or bad, is the same to him. Well, there is a key point here. I am not working with the right person. To some extent, this holds water.

 

But, there must be more important reasons. Who should be the right person, your boss or yourself, to be responsible for your life? Does shit always happen even if you do your utmost best in life ?

 

Obviously the answer is more than clear. It’s essential to concern the issue more from your own side. Suppose you’ve tried your best, but things still go wrong, that means you are not taking efforts in the right direction. We are what we always do, therefore, excellence is a habit rather than anything else.

 

Gone is gone. That’s it. Don't cry over spilled milk, because tomorrow is another day. One has to establish high motivation and live a life full of passion. One has to face up to new challenges and get chances. One has to make things done at the right rime and in the right way. One has to keep consistent and form a good habit. One has to always stay in search of excellence.
