遗传物质的发现史

1.1928年,格里菲思肺炎双球菌在小鼠身上进行体内转化实验,提出细菌中有转化因子

2.1944年,美国科学家艾弗里和同事进行肺炎双球菌体外转化实验,确定转化因子是DNA

肺炎双球菌的转化实验证明DNA是遗传物质、蛋白质不是遗传物质。

3.1952年,赫尔希蔡斯进行噬菌体侵染细菌的实验,证明DNA是遗传物质

4.后来,烟草花叶病毒侵染烟草实验证明RNA也是遗传物质

5.通过比较:所以说,DNA是主要遗传物质。
