ICCE-17大会主席的来信：邀请组织和主持一个纳米分会

今天收到17th International Conference on Composites or Nano Engineering，ICCE-17大会主席David Hui教授的email，对我递交的invited talk题目正式接受，希望我Chair & develop一个分会，邀请和吸引做纳米的各位同仁和学者参会。我建议的分会主题是nanomaterials and nanosystems。如果您感兴趣，请把宣读的题目email给David Hui教授（dhui@uno.edu），注明由我推荐并抄送给我。希望有机会见到您，在进行学术交流之余，享受美丽的夏威夷风光！

Re: INVITATION and ACCEPTANCE LETTER for presentation at ICCE-17 Honolulu, Hawaii conference
Upon review of your excellent research publications and the high quality of your presentation skills and the recommendation of the ICCE-17 scientific committee, it gives me pleasure to invite you to present a paper at the coming 17th International Conference on Composites or Nano Engineering, ICCE-17, July 26 - August 1, 2009 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA. This is an acceptance letter, and your talk will enhance the prestige of the conference. This ICCE-17 conference will feature over 600 oral paper presentations. The conference web is,
In view of your materials research reputation, we invite you to chair a session and to develop a session, if you accept please inform me. Session chair must successfully attract at least two people to the conference.
All these ICCE-17 detailed abstracts are peered reviewed and will appear as short papers in World Journal of Engineering (WJOE), upon payment of registration fee and attendance of ICCE-17. Further, !0all!1 full length version of these short papers (with paper title change) will also be peered reviewed and published in WJOE. Thus, all participants will have two journal papers as a benefit of coming to ICCE-17 Hawaii.
