摘要：本发明提供一种基于DIKW图谱的虚拟社区人员性格分析及内容推送方法，判断用户为新用户还是老用户，对新用户采用标签和热销榜方法进行内容推送，采集老用户的类型化数据，并以此构建DIKW图谱模型，DIKW图谱模型中包含用户数据图谱、用户信息图谱以及用户知识图谱，DIKW图谱模型根据类型化资源进行处理获得用户历史行为记录、用户购买转化率、选购商品占比、高频交互商品类目集合，并以此获得用户偏好的商品，然后进行推送，不仅可以解决用户为新用户时的冷启动问题，还可以针对老用户在购物网站中的历史数据进行相对应的商品推送，保证推送的商品符合用户的性格、兴趣以及习惯等，并且可以兼容各大购物网站使用。
Abstract： The invention provides a virtual community personnel character analysis and content pushing method based on a DIKW map, which comprises the following steps of: judging whether a user is a new user or an old user, performing content pushing on the new user by adopting a label and hot sale list method, collecting typed data of the old user, constructing a DIKW map model according to the typed data, wherein the DIKW atlas model comprises a user data atlas, a user information atlas and a user knowledge atlas, the DIKW atlas model carries out processing according to typed resources to obtain user historical behavior records, a user purchase conversion rate, a purchased commodity proportion and a high-frequency interaction commodity category set; obtaining commodities preferred by the user according to the user historical behavior records, the user purchase conversion rate, the purchased commodity proportion and the high-frequency interaction commodity category set, and then pushing the commodities. According to the method, the problem of cold start when the user is a new user can be solved, corresponding commodity pushing can be carried out according to historical data of the old user in the shopping website, it is guaranteed that the pushed commodities conform to characters, interests, habits and the like of the user, and the method can be compatible with various shopping websites for use.
