Physics of Living Matter is a serial of small conference for the cutting-edge biophysics held in Cavendish Laboratory, Cambridge. It invites top researchers in this field to talk about the latest development in this field.This is 3rd one in the serial.

Conference is small and very interactive. You can have zero-distance talks with big guys in the field. All topics give the hinds where biophysics will go in the coming year. At above all, if you submit your poster an are accepted, it is free of registration.Details are as following:

=================================
Physics of Living Matter 3

The Physics of Living Matter explores how the techniques, methods and general philosophy of the Physical Sciences can be applied to Biology. It is concerned with the structure and organization of biological systems and has the cell at
its centre. From there, it extends both down to the molecular realm and upwards
towards the tissue/organism level. At this years symposium the L Bragg Lecture will be given by Professor Xiaoliang Sunney Xie of Harvard University and other
confirmed speakers include Professor Denis Noble, Professor Winfried Denk and Dr Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz. We will also celebrate the launch of the Physics of Medicine initiative of the Cavendish Laboratory and  School of Clinical Medicine.
