《智能与融合网络（英文）》（Intelligent and Converged Networks）于2020年7月创刊，由清华大学和联合国国际电信联盟(International Telecommunication Union, ITU)联合主办，清华大学出版社出版。期刊编委会包括20多位国际通信领域的著名科学家，主编由清华大学宋健教授担任。该刊是清华大学首本与联合国直属组织联合主办的国际学术期刊，清华大学党委书记邱勇和ITU秘书长赵厚麟曾为创刊号撰写发刊词。期刊在瑞士日内瓦国际电信联盟总部和清华大学出版社均设有编辑部。期刊目前已被Ei Compendex、DOAJ、Scopus收录。

《智能与融合网络（英文）》出版范围包括传统的频道与广播、有线与无线、卫星与地面、通信与计算的融合，以及新兴的物理信息系统的融合，并不断引入人工智能、区块链、移动边缘计算等最新信息技术，将融合带入到新的维度。期刊出版内容以开放获取的方式面向全球科研工作者。
