手持式XRF(X-ray Fluorescence,X射线荧光)分析仪是一种便携式的、基于X射线原理设计的物质成分检测设备。其工作原理是利用X射线照射样品表面,当样品吸收X射线能量后,原子内部的电子被激发至高能级,随后电子会跃迁回低能级,同时释放出特征X射线(即荧光X射线)。通过检测这些荧光X射线的能量和强度,就可以确定样品中存在哪些元素及其相对含量。
