中国高校科技期刊研究会对外联络委员会，中国科学技术期刊编辑学会国际交流工作委员会，国际检索系统咨询部的朱诚老师2011年4月25日在中国高校科技期刊研究学会网站公布了“ 美国《数学评论》（MR）2010年入库中国期刊名单 ”， 其中包括了中国入选MR数据库的135种期刊，这是被列入MR收录期刊一览表2010年10月更新的统计结果，MR目前实际收录情况并非如此，收录期刊数量不是135种，而应该是131种。 因为有几种期刊早已被淘汰或者已经停刊，但是在MR收录期刊一览表中依然保留其刊名，也有被遗漏的期刊。如《中北大学学报：自然科学版》（Journal of North University of China(Natural Science Edition)，ISSN 1637-3193）被MR收录始于2006年，仅仅摘评了当年的31篇论文之后，就被淘汰了，至今没有再被摘评。还有《哈尔滨工程大学学报》（Journal of Harbin Engineering University，ISSN 1006-7043)2008年之后已经收录中断，2009-2011年4月没有任何摘评信息;《南京航空航天大学学报（英文版）》（Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics Astronautics，ISSN 1005-1120）,2000年入选MR数据库，到2006年仅仅有11篇论文被题录，但是2006年以后至今没有任何收录信息，但是在2010年的MR收录期刊一览表中依然保留，这种情况已经被淘汰只是尚未在一览表中删除刊名罢了；再如台湾东吴大学的《东吴数理学报》（英文版，Soochow Journal of Mathematics，ISSN 0250-3255,）2007年年底已经停刊，详见本人博文 《 《 东吴数理学报》30余年的办刊简 史》,但是MR依然对这种具有30年创刊史的COVER-TO-COVER数学期刊恋恋不舍。 关于《越南数学学报》是否属于中国期刊，我们在2008年第4期《中国科技期刊研究》发表的论文论文《 1940～2007年MR数据库收录的中国科技期刊统计与分析 》已有表述。但是2011年赵先生在《中国科技期刊研究》发表论文（ 见附件 ： ZRJ.pdf），朱城老师2011年4月25日的统计结果中，将其归属于中国期刊，实际上是完全错误的 。《越南数学学报 》（Vietnam J. Math, ISSN 0866-7179）的前身是《Tạp chí Toán Học》或者《Tạp chí Toán Học J. Math.》，在20世纪80年代入选MR数据库，1995年更名为现名。入选德国Zentralblatt MATH Database相对较晚，在20世纪90年代，1996年之前在越南出版，1997～2005年由香港编辑，出版发行由Springer科学与商业媒体集团负责；但是2006年以来编辑出版工作又转移到越南河内，由越南科学与技术研究院数学研究所（Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology Vietnamese Mathematical Society，http://www.math.ac.vn/ ）负责编辑出版，Nguyen Khoa Son （e-mail: nkson@thevinh.ac.vn or vjm@isi.ac.vn）任主编。Nguyen Khoa Son博士学位是1978年从乌克兰哈尔科夫州立大学（Kharkov State University）获得，指导老师为Valery Korobov。 由MR2010年收录期刊一览表的相关记载可以看出其变化： Vietnam J. Math. Vietnam Journal of Mathematics. Vietnamese Math. Soc., Hanoi. (Continued as Vietnam J. Math. ) ISSN 0866-7179. Vietnam J. Math. Vietnam Journal of Mathematics. Springer, Singapore. (Formerly Vietnam J. Math. ) ISSN 0866-7179. 在Vietnam Journal of Mathematics目前的河内网站以及Springer网站都可以看到相应的一些变化。 另外有一种被遗漏的期刊，它就是 《SCIENTIA MAGNA》（西北大学张文鹏教授任主编，ISSN 1556-6706）,由位于陕西西安的西北大学数学系主要负责编辑，由High American Press负责出版；该刊创刊于2005年，主要报道数学、物理、哲学、心理学、社会学、语言学方面的研究国际性英文杂志。2005年创刊当年第1卷，仅仅出版了2期，从第二卷开始至今，每年一卷，每卷4期。是德国、美国、俄罗斯等多国国际著名数据库收录期刊： "Zentralblatt Für Mathematik" (Germany), "Referativnyi Zhurnal" and "Matematika" (Academia Nauk, Russia), "Mathematical Reviews" (USA), "Computing Review" (USA), Institute for Scientific Information (PA, USA), "Library of Congress Subject Headings" (USA), etc. 如果考虑上述几种期刊，MR目前收录中国期刊的总数应该是131种，其中高校学报55中。与 中国刊入库数在1997年的165种期刊相比较，约缩减21%（降为132种）。
吹毛求疵可能是编辑的职业病，拜读了赵睿杰在《中国科技期刊研究》2011年第一期发表的《2004-2009年MathSciNet网络数据库收录的中国科技期刊统计分析》一文（以下称为赵文）后，发现将《宝鸡文理学院学报：自然科学版》出版地误认为是在内蒙古的包头市，给作者立即发信，很快得到更正。但是近期认真仔细拜读之后，其中还有许多问题： 1）出版地不详-其实不难找见。 如几种出版地不详的期刊，实际上在网上不难找到。 如《SCIENTIA MAGNA》（西北大学，主编张文鹏教授） ISSN 1556-6706,由位于陕西西安的西北大学数学系主要负责编辑，由High American Press负责出版；该刊创刊于2005年，主要报道数学、物理、哲学、心理学、社会学、语言学方面的研究国际性英文杂志。2005年创刊当年第1卷，仅仅出版了2期，从第二卷开始至今，每年一卷，每卷4期。是德国、美国、俄罗斯等多国国际著名数据库收录期刊： "Zentralblatt Für Mathematik" (Germany), "Referativnyi Zhurnal" and "Matematika" (Academia Nauk, Russia), "Mathematical Reviews" (USA), "Computing Review" (USA), Institute for Scientific Information (PA, USA), "Library of Congress Subject Headings" (USA), etc. 《亚洲数学杂志》（The Asian Journal of Mathematics）是美国哈佛大学的丘成桐教授（Shing-Tung Yau, Harvard University）以及香港中文大学的Raymond Chan（The Chinese University of Hong Kong）为主编，在香港编辑出版。 2）不应该以汉语拼音来代替英文刊名 《南京师大学报：自然科学版》的2种不同英文刊名（85. Nanjing Shida Xuebao，Ziran Kexue Ban；86. Journal of Natural Science. Nanjing Normal University），实际上是2种期刊，但是如果你以“Nanjing Shida Xuebao”进行检索，得到结果如下：根本看不到“Nanjing Shida Xuebao，Ziran Kexue Ban”，而是得到“ J. Nanjing Norm. Univ. Nat. Sci. Ed.”的收录信息。另外MR2010年收录期刊一览表中的记录为： J. Nanjing Norm. Univ. Nat. Sci. Ed. Journal of Nanjing Normal University. Natural Science Edition. Nanjing Shida Xuebao. Practice Theory》（即《数学的实践与认识》，ISSN 1000-0984),此刊名沿用到2006年，从2007年开始至今，刊名的缩写有更改为《Math. Pract. Theory》（ISSN 1000-0984),从来没有使用过赵文中的《Shuxue De Shijian Yu Renshi》.类似的问题还有《数学理论与应用》，英文刊名不是赵文中的《Shuxue Lilun Yu Yingyong》,而是《Math. Theory Appl. (Changsha)》或者《Mathematical Theory and Applications》。《计算数学》的英文刊名也不是汉语拼音，而是《Math. Numer. Sin.》或者《Mathematica Numerica Sinica》（ISSN 0254-7791），这是1996年以来使用的刊名.1996年之前使用《Math. Numer. Sinica》。《经济数学》应该是《Math. Econ.》或者《Mathematics in Economics》英文刊名不应该是《Jingji Shuxue》（Changsha. ISSN 1007-1660）.《应用数学》应该是《Math. Appl. (Wuhan)》或者《Mathematica Applicata》，英文刊名不应该是《Yingyong Shuxue》（Wuhan. Math. J. Chin. Univ. (Engl. Ser.)，如果说其仅仅是英文缩写的一些细微变化；那么2008年以来使用的刊名变化较大，为 Numerical Mathematics. Theory, Methods and Applications，缩写为：Numer. Math. Theory Methods Appl.，仍然在香港编辑，但是出版由Glob. Sci.
