There are more than about 60 to 80 total participants, including researcher, professor, doctor, post-doctoral, graduate students and teachers. We have reached the goals, in which there are 3 subjects for this forum: (1) To summary and review recent advances in Network Science; (2) To discuss and review on “Science” Special issue on Complex Systems and Network in Scinece, Vol. 325, 405 (2009); (3) To consult/discuss about activity of “Complex Network Forun Circle” from now on. We think, the objects above were realized successfully. The features of the forum has the following points. First, we adopt diversified forms of academic exchange, including invited lectures, general oral report, youth knowledge contents on network science and academic salon of special subjects. Second, there are 15 invited lectures,17 general oral report and 31 titles of knowledge conpetition on network science. The subjects are fresh and prominent, fully exchange. Third, the youth knowledge contents on network science and academic salon are of lively and rich in variety, as well as friendly exchange to each other.
