JCI—前列腺素E2是引起炎性痛厌恶情绪的关键信号 炎症的特点是“红、肿、热、痛和功能障碍”。那这炎性痛是如何导致的呢?目前被认为介导了炎性痛的介质包括P物质、5-HT、K+、H+等,然而这些仅仅只是机制的一部分,毕竟疼痛的产生除了诱因之外,还需要疼痛的中枢产生疼痛和厌恶的主观感觉,一般来说,人们对疼痛的正常反应是厌恶(aversion)。也就是说,我们对炎症所造成的疼痛反应也应该是aversion,那这种aversion的情绪或者情感是如何产生的呢?研究人员发现了前列腺素E2可能参与了这一aversion的产生。在最近一期Journal of clinical investigation上。研究人员发现了前列腺素通过EP3R进而抑制中缝背核(DRN)的5-HT能神经元进而诱导了对炎性痛的aversion,如果敲除了EP3R受体,小鼠对炎症诱导的疼痛反应的aversion显著减少,但是对其他类型疼痛诱导的aversion是无反应的,提示前列腺素E2可能特异性的参与了炎症痛的产生过程。 炎性痛的发生依赖于前列腺素E2: 2. 男性脱发与前列腺素D2研究文献的知识发现
