(A i 12 ) C i (A i 22 )/阿列夫零(A i 22 )(i=1,2),则此时记成本函数为Cf,前者的成本为C1=C f ( A 1 12 )+C f ( A 1 22 ),后者的成本为C2=C f ( A 2 12 )+C f ( A 2 22 ) C i (A 1 1 /A 2 1 )= ΔC。
BSI Consumer Public Interest Network Vacancy for CPI Coordinator for CPI Construction group Are you an architect, builder, construction expert, surveyor, an ergonomist with a special interest in buildings, or just someone who knows a lot about building design? Or maybe you work for a housing association? What about ethical and environmental considerations – are you enthusiastic about sustainability? And what about issues to do with accessibility for the very young, the old and disabled people in public and private houses? Do they all have the same needs? By catering for one group, will you make it difficult for another? If these sorts of challenges are right up your street, you could well find your niche with us. This is about joining a group of creative people who want to get things right and make things easier for those who live in or use buildings – the end user. Through the standards development process, we represent ordinary consumers — our current priorities are safety, security, sustainability and accessibility. We are looking for someone to coordinate the activities of the group of volunteers and experts in our CPI Construction group of the BSI Consumer Public Interest Network (CPIN). CPIN consists of three main groups and all the members are volunteers who are based outside of BSI : – the CPI-SAC, a strategy group, comprising senior representatives from relevant organizations (e.g. Citizens Advice , Consumer Focus , Trading Standards , Which? ); – Coordinators for each of the topic areas (currently ten); – CPI Reps (who sit on committees and report back), background experts, and a Disabled Experts Reference Group ( approximately 70 in total) . Each of our CPI Coordinators has up-to-date background and specific knowledge relating to their area and good external contacts. They also have good people skills, advising and liaising regularly with their Reps, relevant BSI staff, and the CPI Unit. The small CPI Unit at BSI manages the whole Network – they are staff with considerable experience of the standards and consumer world. The Chair of the CPI Network is Lynn Faulds Wood , consumer champion and former presenter of Watchdog. If you’re currently working in any area connected to Construction (or have done in the past), you’ll have come across those particular standards . The sorts of projects in which the CPIN is involved include ones on spectator facilities , tree safety, domestic shutters and blinds, drinking water and water reuse, security of buildings, sheltered housing, and the design life of buildings. New work in development includes managing flood risk. An event of special interest to the CPI Construction group this year will be the 2011 plenary meeting of t he ISO Committee on consumer policy (ISO/COPOLCO), hosted in London by BSI on 23-27 May. The theme of the workshop (on 24 May) will be Homes for tomorrow – building through standards .The plenary will also celebrate 60 years of involvement in standards by our BSI CPIN. The CPI Coordinator role attracts a small honorarium (presently 3,000 p.a.) and, of course, your travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses are paid, when you go to meetings for us in the UK and abroad. The time commitment is approximately 30 days p.a. (including c.12 days total of meetings). Please email the CPI Unit if you would like to apply: consumer@bsigroup.com For more information about us, see: www.bsigroup.com/Consumers
