重视 19 世纪后期、 20 世纪初美国加州华人社会影像图片资料研究 黄安年文 黄安年的博客 /2009 年 1 月 11 日发布 影像图片资料是历史文献资料研究中的重要组成部分，尤其是涉及 19 世纪后期的 20 世纪早期大影像图片资料 , 由于技术原因，中国本土的影像资料少之又少 , 主要靠美国及其他欧洲国家留下来的资料。笔者 2007 年 9 月 14 日曾以《 19 世纪后期和 20 世纪初华人在美国西部的生活掠影》（一）（二）（黄安年的博客 2007 年 9 月 14 日）发表了一些笔者收集到的图片，现在再次发布和说明 , 是希望有更多人关注这一领域的收集和整理工作 , 更希望有朝一日 , 我国有自己的美国华人数字影像图书馆和专门网站。 当时在旧金山具有相当规模的华人商店、华人旅馆、华人流通货币、华文报纸等等，可以说明一个问题 , 尽管华人遭受极其不公正待遇，华人还是在困境中开展合法经营活动 , 扩大华人社区的影响 , 如果不是自 1882-1943 年间为期 60 年大排华潮 , 本来今天在美国的华人将不是 300 万而可能是上千万 , 今天的华人在美国的影响也将更大。 图片说明 : jncmdd09-01-11Aa 1904 年旧金山中国城金山大埠福和南京公司（ Chinatown, San Francisco, 1904, Nanking Fook WHO co.
