澳大利亚斯温本科技大学Alexander V Babanin教授应邀访问《海洋学报》编辑部并作学术报告 2015年6月27日—7月3日，《海洋学报》特邀英文版国际编委、澳大利亚斯温本科技大学Alexander V Babanin教授访问编辑部，并作学术报告。7月1日上午， Alexander V Babanin教授报告会如期在国家海洋环境与预报中心12楼会议室举行，《海洋学报》编辑部主任高英主持,《海洋学报》编委、国家海洋局第一海洋研究所书记乔方利研究员，国家海洋局空间海洋遥感与应用研究重点实验室副主任宋清涛研究员，国家海洋环境预报中心海洋环境预报室主任刘桂梅研究员，《海洋预报》编辑部童立勤主任，国家卫星海洋应用中心、国家海洋环境预报中心相关科研人员、《海洋学报》编辑部全体人员和《海洋预报》部分编辑参加了本次学术报告。 Alexander V Babanin教授作了题为“Surface Waves and their Effects in the Upper Ocean and Lower Atmosphere”（表层波及其在海洋和大气中的作用）的报告，阐述了波浪在海洋和大气中的重要作用，波浪受气候影响，同时波浪也会对气候提供反馈。在传统的研究中，海洋模式只考虑了大尺度的海-气作用过程，并未将小尺度过程（如波浪）从本质上耦合在模式中，Babanin教授认为将波浪过程考虑到海-气耦合模式中会提升模拟结果的准确性，随后他介绍了相关前沿研究成果。乔方利研究员对报告的重点内容做了总结，并和Babanin教授一起解答了大家提出的问题。 Babanin教授十分重视《海洋学报》英文版的国际化发展，在来访期间，多次交流了他的经验。根据Babanin教授的提议，在报告会后《海洋学报》编辑部专门召开研讨会，就如何提升期刊的国际影响力展开广泛研讨。交流会上，《海洋学报》编辑部高英主任首先向Babanin教授简要汇报了中国海洋期刊的相关情况（A Short Presentation on China's Oceanography Journals）。Babanin教授就如何提升期刊国际影响力和影响因子等问题提出了有益的建议，通过加大力度吸收国际来稿，向国际顶尖海洋科研专家邀约综述稿件等方法推动期刊国际化，使《海洋学报》英文版获得国际上更广泛的关注。最后，参会人员就如何提升期刊国际影响力进行了热烈的讨论，并提出了有建设性的意见。 Babanin教授、乔方利研究员及《海洋学报》编辑部全体人员参加了研讨会。 Alexander V Babanin教授简介：澳大利亚斯温本科技大学海洋工程及科学技术中心主任,在风致波浪的研究,海-气相互作用,波浪-海冰相互作用,海洋上层动力学、气候和海洋工程,海洋极端事件等领域有突破性的贡献。 《海洋学报》编辑部龙艳梅撰稿 2015年7月2日 Babanin 教授来访（左： Babanin 教授，中：乔方利研究员，右：高英主任） / 朱林摄影 学术报告现场 / 朱林摄影 学术报告现场 / 朱林摄影 交流会现场 / 王倩摄影
