前几天国家新闻出版总署的网络培训中心的网站无法登陆,经常出错,11月9日有所好转。但是今天(11月10日)又出现新问题:登陆后点击“学员”会出现“页面已经过期,如想继续访问,请重新登录!”的信息提示。反复多次还是如此。截图如下: 为贯彻落实党的十七届五中全会、全国人才工作会议精神和《 2010-2020 年干部教育培训改革纲要》要求,在出版业深入开展大规模培训工作,促进出版从业人员整体素质的提高,进一步加强出版专业技术人员继续教育管理工作,出台了《出版专业技术人员继续教育暂行规定》。 其中第七条规定: 出版专业技术人员每年参加继续教育的时间累计不少于 72 小时。其中,接受新闻出版总署当年规定内容的面授形式继续教育不少于 24 小时。其余 48 小时可自愿选择参加省级以上新闻出版行政部门认可的继续教育形式,我们参加了国家新闻出版总署的网络培训学习,但是 正常上班时间根本无法登陆到 http://www.gappedu.gov.cn/www/jsp/index.jsp 页面,不仅是我一个人,编辑部其他同志均如此。今天早晨我5点起床就来登陆,可以进入到培训中心的主页,但是输入学员登陆信息之后,无法进行学习,以前双休日可以正常登陆,而且出现服务器出错,采用360浏览器如此,采用IE9还是如此。重新安装JAVA之后还是照样出错!请问同行或者高手如何来解决这个问题,我同时也向新闻出版总署教育培训中心( shupxzx@263.net )发送了电子邮件。因为培训到12月下旬必须完成。登陆出错显示如下: Error 500--Internal Server Error java.lang.NullPointerException at jsp_servlet._jsp.__index1._jspService(__index1.java:349) at weblogic.servlet.jsp.JspBase.service(JspBase.java:33) at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStubImpl$ServletInvocationAction.run(ServletStubImpl.java:1077) at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStubImpl.invokeServlet(ServletStubImpl.java:465) at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletStubImpl.invokeServlet(ServletStubImpl.java:348) at weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppServletContext$ServletInvocationAction.run(WebAppServletContext.java:7051) at weblogic.security.acl.internal.AuthenticatedSubject.doAs(AuthenticatedSubject.java:321) at weblogic.security.service.SecurityManager.runAs(SecurityManager.java:121) at weblogic.servlet.internal.WebAppServletContext.invokeServlet(WebAppServletContext.java:3902) at weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletRequestImpl.execute(ServletRequestImpl.java:2773) at weblogic.kernel.ExecuteThread.execute(ExecuteThread.java:224) at weblogic.kernel.ExecuteThread.run(ExecuteThread.java:183) 针对上述问题的解决办法是网址有误 请将 http://www.gappedu.gov.cn/www/jsp/index.jsp ,修改为 http://www.gappedu.gov.cn/ 之后进行登录,可以避免上述问题的出现。
