摘要: 专业图书馆管理体制改革效果不彰。主要原因在于改革目标、价值取向与实践方向不明以及缺乏成熟理论的指导。公共事业机构管理的狭隘视角和思路,管理理论的贫乏和管理方法的缺失以及管理实践方向的迷失是限制专业图书馆管理体制改革取得成效的根本原因。文章认为,专业图书馆管理体制改革成功的关键在于从全球公共服务机构管理体制改革趋势的高度,把握专业图书馆管理体制改革的走向,认清“事业经营企业化”的全球性趋势,自觉地以其作为专业图书馆管理体制改革的“精神家园”,从而赋予专业图书馆改革坚定、明确的方向和清晰、完整的指导思想和理论依据。 关键词: 专业图书馆;管理体制改革;管理思想;“事业经营企业化” 中图分类号: G250 Title: Consideration about Special Library Management System Reform: Corporation Management or Management of Public Administration Abstract: The Special Library management system reform’s result in China, isn't easily seen. The main reason lies in the reforming target, value orientation and practical direction not clear and lack of mature guideline. The narrow angle of view and way of thinking for the public service organization, the needy management theory and the imperfect management methodology and the mazed management practical direction are the key factors that limit the Special Library management system reform to obtain results in China.
