4/17/2014 Thursday 11:22:52 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 63 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Five Enjoying Christ in His Heavenly Ministry by Fighting for the Brother Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 — DAY 4 Heb. 7:11 If indeed then perfection were through the Levitical priesthood..., what need was there still that a different Priest should arise according to the order of Melchizedek and that He should not be said to be according to the order of Aaron? 25 Hence also He is able to save to the uttermost those who come forward to God through Him, since He lives alwaysto intercede for them. In His earthly ministry Christ was a High Priest according to the order of Aaron for the putting away of sin (Heb. 9:14,26). Then, in His heavenly ministry Christ was designated a High Priest according to the order of Melchizedek (Heb. 5:6, 10), not to offer sacrificesfor sin but to minister to us the very God who was processed through incarnation, human living, crucifixion, and resurrection, signified by thebread and the wine (Matt. 26:26-28), as our life supply that we may be saved tothe uttermost (Heb. 7:25a). (Gen. 14:18, footnote 3) Christ is the High Priest, but His status is that of a king. As He functions as a Priest, He is a King. He is the King tobe the Priest; so His priesthood is kingly, royal (1 Pet. 2:9). He combines the kingship together with the priesthood (Zech. 6:13) for God's building and forHis glory. Christ's kingship maintains a peaceful order through righteousness. This peaceful order is necessary for God's building. The building of God's house is in a situation of peace. Christ's priesthood ministers all the supply needed for the building of God. In this His glory is manifested. Before our Melchizedek ministers the processed God to us, He intercedes for us, praying that we may take up our sword and slaughter the enemies. We must slaughter the self, the natural mind, the wild emotion, the stubborn will, and other enemies....After we havefinished our slaughtering, He will change His interceding to the ministering ofbread and wine. The proper Christian life is to slaughter the enemies during the day and to enjoy the ministry of our Melchizedek with the bread and wine inthe evening. At the end of every day, when the slaughtering and interceding have been accomplished, He and we, we and He, may have a good time enjoying the bread and wine in righteousness and peace. 4/16/2014 Wednesday 9:40:15 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 62 2013 Winter TrainingCrystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Five Enjoying Christ in HisHeavenly Ministry by Fighting for the Brother Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 —DAY 3 Gen. 14:18-20 AndMelchizedek the king of Salem brought out bread and wine. Now he was priest ofGod the Most High. And he blessed him and said, Blessed be Abram of God the Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God the Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand... It must have been through his intercession that Abraham was able to slaughter the four kings and gain thevictory (cf. Exo. 17:8-13). Today Christ, our High Priest, is interceding forus in a hidden way (Rom. 8:34b; Heb. 7:25b) that we may be His overcomers to defeat God's enemies, so that through our victory Christ can be manifested openly in His second coming. (Gen. 14:18, footnote 1) While we walk on this earth, many things happen to us. Apparently, these things just happen. Actually, behind theearthly scene, an intercession is going on. Our Melchizedek, our High PriestChrist, is still interceding for us in heaven (Heb. 7:25). His intercession overshadows us and cares for us. We need to slaughter somekings daily. We need to slaughter the kings in our mind, emotion, and will. Weneed to slaughter the kings in our environment, families, and schools. After we have finished our slaughter of the kings, our Melchizedek will come to us, meet with us, and celebrate our victory. The Lord will not come back until we have slaughtered all the kings. Then He will return and drink the fruit of the vine with us, as indicated by His word in Matthew 26:29: “I shall by no means drinkof this product of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new withyou in the kingdom of My Father.” We all need to echo the Lord's intercession. If we turn to our spirit and contact Him, there will always besome echoing. If we go according to that echoing, forgetting our environment, enemies, and even ourselves, we shall gain the victory and slaughter the kings. At the end of our slaughter of all the kings, our Melchizedek will appear tous. That will be the second coming of Christ. When Christ comes in, the whole earth will know the Most High God. Then all the earth will realize that God is the Possessor of heaven and earth. The earth is not possessed by any king, president, statesman, or politician; it is possessed by God the Most High, the Possessor of heaven and earth. How can this fact be declared to the earth? Only by our slaughter of the kings. (Life-study of Genesis, pp. 583-585) “One thing I know, I cannot say Him nay; Onething I do, I press towards my Lord; My God my glory here, from day to day, Andin the glory there my great Reward. ” Lyrics from Hymnal.net

4/15/2014 Tuesday 10:25:19 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 61 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Studyof Genesis (2) Message Five Enjoying Christ in His Heavenly Ministry byFighting for the Brother Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 — DAY 1 Gen. 14:14-16 And when Abram heardthat his brother had been taken captive, he led out his trained men, born inhis house, three hundred eighteen of them, and pursued as far as Dan. Andhe...struck them....And he brought back all the possessions and also brought back Lot his brother and his possessions as well as the women and thepeople. In the matter of the capture of Lot, God was sovereign. Genesis 14:13 says, “And one who had escaped came and told Abramthe Hebrew.”...While so many others were captured, this one escaped. That person was preserved by God's sovereignty. As we shall see, it must have happened because of the intercession behind the scene. Unlike us, Abraham did not count the weak point of hisbrother and did not take pleasure in Lot's suffering and calamity . Lord Jesus, thank You for shinning on me, I should love the saints with Your eternal love, however they offense me, I should forgive them. (Mark25-26: And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father who is in the heavens may also forgive you your offenses. But ifyou do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in the heavens forgive youroffenses.) It was not a small thing for him to risk his life in order to rescue his captured brother. But he did it. The fight wentsmoothly, and Abraham pursued the enemy from the south all the way to Dan in the north. His victory must have been the result of the intercession behind the scene. Abraham gained the victory by trusting in God. He had confidence in God because he had learned to know Him. Likewise, we all must learn to know God. We must learn that, even today, the earth is God's.God is the landlord. He is not only the landlord but also the heavenlord.(Life-study of Genesis, pp. 580-582)

Abram dwelt in the land of Canaan, andLot dwelt in the cities of the plain and moved his tent as far as Sodom. , the fighting occurred mainly at Sodom...because one of God's people, Lot, was living there. Before the time of that fighting, Lot had separated himself from Abraham(13:11). Do you think that it was good for Lot to have separated himself from Abraham? No, it was not good. All of the young people today like to be separated from the older generation. In God's economy, however, it is not good for the young ones to be separated from the older generation. If you do this, you will miss the mark and the protection. At the time of Genesis 13, God's goal andeternal mark were with Abraham. If you had been there and had separated yourself from him, it would have been equal to separating yourself from God'smark . God's goal is with the called ones. If you separate yourself from the called ones, you separate yourself from God's goal. Lot should never have separated himself from Abraham, because God's goal was with Abraham. To leave Abraham was to leave God's mark. Moreover, to leave Abraham was to leave the protection.(Life-study of Genesis, p. 578) God‘ goal is with the called ones. Did you find the one that you can follow with ?

4/13/2014 Sunday 6:55:28 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 59 My prophesy for today’s Lord’s day: Genesis 13:17 Rise up; walk through theland according to its length and its breadth, for I will give it to you. In Genesis 13:17 , God said to Abraham: Rise up; walk through the land according to its length and its breadth...Dear brothers and sisters, did you hear Lord speaking to you to rise up and walkthrough the land this morning! When I was pray reading this verse ,I was refreshed, my exhaust and weary gone, since Lord is calling me to rise up! Walk through the land! For us today, the land is Christ, who is live in us,and in whom we are living. We should live in Christ, and on Christ. The brother has very heavy burden in this message. In the Lord’s recovery, we emphasize not just having a Christian life that is performance; we emphasize a life that Christ live out in our daily life. We emphasize and the ministry reminds us all the time that we need to live a life that walk in Him, only we walk in Him in our daily life, can we produce Church life that is rich, and eventually become a Kingdom that will defend God’s enemy. But everything else that is not Christ will try to take away us from this land. Just like the old story in the OldTestament, that when the children of Israel, they follow the Lord, they will remain in the land, but when they got distracted, they will be taken away from the land. We need to be careful, be alert, not to be carried away by anything, but remain in this land. How could we live in and live on this land? In my daily experience, whenever I stop pray consistently, I live in my flesh. When I turn to my spirit via unceasingly pray, I was kept in this land. When I arrived in the meeting hall this morning, I was distracted from the land. Why? Because I did not today is our blending gathering. Sitting down, I was wondering whether I should prophesize in English or in Chinese, since I have gathering with the English saints this semester. Even before the Lord’s table, my mind is full of cranky…At that time, I pray to Lord, calling upon His name, Lord , come to me, I do not know what to say, Lord I need You, Lord teaches me to live in You. With this prayer, Lord brought me back to the land and when brother John shared, I feel I should rise up and then I rise up!

4/12/2014 Thursday 9:32:33 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 58 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Studyof Genesis (2) Message Four The Land for the Fulfillment of God’s Purpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 — DAY 6 Rom. 6:8 Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him. Gal. 2:20 I am crucified with Christ;and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Whenever people offered something to God inthe Old Testament, they laid their hand upon the sacrifice, signifying theirunion or identification with it. , God's asking Abraham to offer the cattle and birds to Him implied that Abraham had to be one with all of thethings that he offered to God. This indicates that we also have to be cut in Christ's being cut and crucified in His crucifixion. Our natural man, our flesh, and our self must be cut and crucified. As we are identified with Him in His crucifixion, we are also identified with Him in His resurrection. We are dead in His death (Rom. 6:5a, 8a) and we are living in His resurrection (Rom.6:5b, 8b) to fulfill God's purpose. We were terminated in His crucifixion andwe were germinated in His resurrection. It is in this way that we are enabled to fulfill God's eternal purpose. It is impossible for the natural man to have the church life. Among us we have many different kinds of brothers and sisters. Humanly speaking, it is impossible for us to be one. Nevertheless, in the church we are truly one by the crucified and resurrected Christ. We are so one in Him that even the devil has to admit that we are one. Our old man was terminated in Christ's crucifixion. Whenever my terminated old man comes out ofthe grave, I immediately rebuke him, saying, “What are you doing here? You havebeen terminated already. It is wrong for you to come here.” We all have been terminated in Christ's crucifixion and germinated in His resurrection. In His resurrection we all are living, not living by ourselves but by the resurrected Christ who lives within us and who enables us to have the church life. “It is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me” (Gal. 2:20). It is by this fact that we can be livingtoday in order to have the church life. Praise the Lord, in the church life we have Christ within as the seed and Christ without as the land. Hallelujah for such a Christ as the seed for usto live by and as the land for us to live in! (Life-study ofGenesis, pp. 610-612)

4/11/2014 Friday 11:14:38 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 57 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Studyof Genesis (2) Message Four The Land for the Fulfillment of God’sPurpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 — DAY 5 Gen. 15:9 And He said to him, Bring Me a three-year-old heifer and a three-year-old female goat and athree-year-old ram and a turtledove and a young pigeon. John 11:25 Jesus said..., I am theresurrection and the life; he who believes into Me, even if he should die, shall live. 14:19 Yet a little while and theworld beholds Me no longer, but you behold Me; because I live, you also shalllive. Because Abraham found it difficult to believe in God regarding the promise of the land, God was forced to make a covenant with him....In making His covenant with Abraham, God told him to take a heifer, a female goat, a ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon (Gen. 15:9).The three cattle, all of which were three years of age, were divided in half, but the two birds were not; they were kept alive. It was through these that God made His covenant with Abraham, implying that it was in this way that Abrahamcould fulfill God's eternal purpose. In typology, all things offered to God by man are atype of Christ . Based upon this principle, each of these five things undoubtedly is a type of Christ. Christ is firstly the crucified Christ, the cut Christ, and secondly He is the resurrected, living Christ. If we see this, then we can immediately understand that the three cattle, which were cut and killed, are types of the crucified Christ.(Lifestudy of Genesis, pp. 605-607) The two birds, neither of which was killed, signify the resurrected, living Christ (Lev. 14:6-7). This resurrected Christis mainly in His divinity because, according to the Bible, a dove in typology signifies the Holy Spirit (John 1:32). Therefore, while the cattle typify Christ in His humanity, the birds typify Him in His divinity. He was sacrificed for us in His humanity, and He is living for us in His divinity. In typology, the turtledove signifies a suffering life and the young pigeon signifies abelieving life, a life of faith. While He was living on earth, the Lord Jesus was always suffering and believing. In His suffering life He was the turtledoveand in His believing life He was the young pigeon. There were two birds, andthe number two means testimony, bearing witness (Acts 5:32). The two livingbirds bear testimony of Christ as the resurrected One living in us and for us(John 14:19-20; Gal. 2:20). There were three cattle and two birds, making atotal of five items. The number five is the number of responsibility, indicating here that Christ as the crucified and living One is now bearing allthe responsibility for the fulfillment of God's eternal purpose. 4/10/2014 Thursday 9:32:33 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 56 2013 Winter TrainingCrystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Four The Land for the Fulfillmentof God’s Purpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 —DAY 4 1 Cor. 12:12-13 For even as the body is one and has many members, yet all the members of the body, being many, are one body, so also is the Christ. For also in one Spirit we were allbaptized into one Body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and were all given to drink one Spirit. Eph. 2:22 In whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in spirit. In this matter of God'spurpose we should not count on what we have or on what we can do. Eliezer was what Abraham had and Ishmael was what Abraham could do, and neither of them counted for the fulfillment of God's purpose. What we have is Eliezer and what we can do is Ishmael. What we have and what we can do does not count. It has to be God Himself. After a certain time, when we truly have become nothing, God will work Himself into us, and that which He has worked into us will bring forth Christ as the seed and will also bring us into Christ as our land. Christ should be the seed within us. Christ should also be the land in which we live.(Life-study of Genesis, p. 601) The Body of Christ, the church, is the expansion of Christ. In the church we live in Christ and on Christ; in the church we slaughter the enemies; and in the church we have the kingdom of God with the habitation of God. For this reason, when we came intothe church, we immediately had the sensation that we had come home. Now we areno longer wandering but have a place in which and on which to live, a place inwhich to slaughter all our enemies, a place in which we may have the kingdom ofGod with the habitation of God. In the church life God'skingdom is set up, His habitation is built up, and God is expressed andrepresented. This is the fulfillment of God's eternal purpose today.(Life-study of Genesis, pp. 601, 605)

4/9/2014 Wednesday 9:34:00 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 55 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Studyof Genesis (2) Message Four The Land for the Fulfillment of God’sPurpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 4 — DAY 3 Gal. 3:14 In order that the blessingof Abraham might come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receivethe promise of the Spirit through faith. 1 Cor. 15:45 ...The last Adam becamea life-giving Spirit. The physical aspect of the blessing Godpromised to Abraham was the good land (Gen. 12:7; 13:15; 17:8; 26:3-4), whichwas a type of the all-inclusive Christ (Col. 1:12). Since Christ is eventually realized as the all-inclusive life-giving Spirit (1 Cor. 15:45; 2 Cor. 3:17),the blessing of the promised Spirit corresponds to the blessing of the promisedland. Actually, the Spirit as the realization of Christ in our experience isthe good land as the source of God's bountiful supply for us to enjoy.(Life-study of Galatians, pp. 130-131) At the time of the Lord's incarnation, the Holy Spirit began to have the element of humanity as well as divinity. From that time, the Holy Spirit was compounded with the Lord's human living, crucifixion, and resurrection and became the Spirit, the all-inclusive Spirit compounded with divinity, humanity, and the Lord's human living, death, and resurrection. All that God has purposed and planned and all that He has accomplished through incarnation, human living, crucifixion, and resurrection are included in the Spirit. Hence, the Spirit is all-inclusive, the Triune God processed to be everything to us. This Spirit is the blessing of the gospel. We can say that the processed Triune God is the all-inclusive One who is everything to us and that this One is our goodland. When the children of Israel entered into the good land, they had no lack. Therefore, this good land is a type of the processed Triune God who is realizedin full as the allinclusive Spirit indwelling our spirit. The good land todayis in our spirit. (Life-study of Galatians, pp. 131-132, 134, 149-150)

Gal. 5:16 But I say, Walk by theSpirit and you shall by no means fulfill the lust of the flesh. God gave His chosen people, the children of Israel, the good land for their inheritance and enjoyment. The land meanteverything to them...Even today the problem in the Middle East regarding Israel and the surrounding nations is a problem of the land. (Life-study ofColossians, p. 48) As we have received Christ, we should walk in Him. To walk is to live, to act, to behave, and to have our being. We should walk, live, and act in Christ so that we may enjoy His riches, just as the children of Israel lived in the good land and enjoyed all its rich produce. In our experience Christ should be the good land in which we live and walk. This should not merely be a doctrine to us. We need to pray, “ Lord, I want to live and walk in You. Lord, I pray that You will be the good land to me in my experience, and that every aspect of my living may be in You .” In Colossians 2:6 Paul tells us to walk in Christ, but in Galatians 5:16 he charges us to walk by the Spirit. Furthermore,in Romans 8:4 he speaks of walking according to spirit. These verses indicate that the good land for us today is the all-inclusive Spirit who indwells our spirit. This all-inclusive Spirit is the all-inclusive Christ as the processed Triune God. After being processed, the Triune God is the all-inclusive Christas the all-inclusive Spirit for us to experience. Today this all-inclusive Spirit indwells our spirit to be our good land. Nothing in the New Testament is orecentral, crucial, and vital than walking according to the mingled spirit.Christ as the all-inclusive Spirit dwells in our spirit to be our life, our person, and our everything. Our need today is to return to Him, to setour minds on the spirit, and to walk according to the spirit. This is to walkin Christ as the mystery of God . (Life-study of Colossians, pp. 159,167-168) A Turkish friend of mine came to my officethis evening, seeing I was having my dinner with chopstick…He was extremelycurious about how could chopsticks hold rice together…What a funny question. Then I showed him how things work, and he even had a try. He is not comfortablewith chopsticks, but still can handle it somehow. This experience tells me, how often I took things for granted, just let things happen, never go a furtherstep or challenging the world around me.

4/5/2014 Saturday 7:03:10 AM Lifestyle Design---Day 51 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study ofGenesis (2) Message Three The Seed for the Fulfillment of God’s Purpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 3 — DAY 6 Rom. 4:13 For it was not through the law thatthe promise was made to Abraham or to his seed that he would be the heir of theworld, but through the righteousness of faith. 12:5 So we who are many are one Body inChrist, and individually members one of another. Abraham was not justified by faith in Genesis 14 when he believed that God was the Most High God, the Possessor of heaven and earth. God did not count that kind of faith to him as righteousness....It wasthe faith that believed that God was able to work something into him to bring forth the seed. Believing that God will supply our daily needs, our daily food,is good, but it is not the kind of faith that is precious in the eyes of God.What kind of faith is precious in God's sight? The faith that believes that He is able to work Himself into us to bring forth Christ. Most Christians today only care for the faith that believes that God can do outward things for them. That kind of faith believes that God is able to give them health, healing, a good job, or a promotion. Many Christians only have that kind of faith. Although that kind of faith is good,it is not the faith that is so dear and precious in the eyes of God. He did notcount that kind of faith as righteousness to Abraham. The kind of faith that was counted as righteousness to Abraham was the faith that God was able to work something into him to bring forth a seed. In Genesis 15 Abraham did not believethat God would give him bread and butter, cattle, or more servants. He believedthat God was able to work something into him and bring forth a seed.(Life-study of Genesis, p. 593) Paul wrote Romans 4 because he wanted to show thatGod's justification is for the fulfillment of His purpose. God's purpose is to have the one Body, which is the kingdom, to express Him and to exercise His dominion on the earth. The church as the kingdom of God is not composed of one Isaac, but of many Isaacs who have proceeded out of God's justification. All of these are the issue of the subjective and deeper experience of justification .(Life-study of Romans, pp. 84, 87, 98) TodayI had my first formal western dinner with three foreign friends. (Emre, fromTurkey; Victor from Spanish, and Wojciexh from California). Why I say it is Formal, because it is in the right palce with right people and eat theright food in right language...Actually, I seldom go out to dinners, and often cook my own meals. I prefer to use chopsticks instead of a knife and fork....However, they did not put me in a tight spot…So thoughtful and courteous they are! During the table, they asked about my feelings, and Wojciexh even joked that next time they should bring me to Chinese restaurant…

4/4/2014 Friday 10:29:21 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 50 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Studyof Genesis (2) Message Three The Seed for the Fulfillment of God’sPurpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 3 — DAY 5 Gen. 15:6 And he believed Jehovah, and He accounted it to him as righteousness. Rom. 4:2-3 For if Abraham wasjustified out of works, he has something to boast in, but not before God. Forwhat does the Scripture say? “And Abraham believed God, and it was accounted tohim as righteousness.” Abraham did not believe God to obtain outward blessings for his own existence; he believed that God wasable to work something into him to bring forth a seed out of his own being forthe fulfillment of God's purpose. This kind of faith is precious to God and isaccounted by Him as righteousness. Abraham was justified by such a faith (Rom.4:1-5 and footnote 1 of v. 1). (Gen. 15:6, footnote 1) As we have mentioned previously, God first had to work on one person and gain something in him before He could gainsomething through many others. In order for God to have many believers, Hefirst had to gain one believer. Abraham believed in God, and God counted it to him for righteousness. (CWWN, vol. 35, “The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,”p. 47) God's justification is not a reward (wages) for our good works (labor); it is grace freely given to us through Christ's redemption. If God's justification were based on our good works, or if it required our good works, then it would be the wages we earn for our good works;that is, it would be something owed to us, not something freely given by God. Since God's justification is reckoned according to His grace, it is no longer out of works; otherwise, grace is no longer grace (Rom. 11:6). Our works can by no means replace God's grace; God's grace must be absolute. (Rom. 4:4, footnote2)

4/3/2014 Thursday 09:43:11 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 49 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Three The Seed for the Fulfillment of God’s Purpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 3 — DAY 4 Gen. 15:4-5 But then the word of Jehovah came to him, saying,This man shall not be your heir, but he who will come out from your own bodyshall be your heir. And He brought him outside and said, Look now toward theheavens, and count the stars, if you are able to count them. And He said tohim, So shall your seed be. In what way are the sons of God also the sons of Abraham? Christ isboth the Son of God and the son of Abraham. Because we are now in Christ, weare sons of God on the one hand and sons of Abraham on the other hand. How canwe be sons of God? Because we are in Christ , who is the Son of God. How can we besons of Abraham? Also because we are in Christ , who is theson of Abraham. (Life-study of Galatians, p. 176) We should live in Christ toexperience the reality of being the sons of God and the son of Abraham. This impartation of the divine life causes an organic union whichmakes us both the sons of God and the sons of Abraham. This organic union takes place exclusively in Christ . In Christ we enjoy the wonderful organic union with the Triune God. In this union we are, on the one hand, the sons of God and, on the other hand, the sons of Abraham. Christ is the unique sphere in which this all takes place. When we enter into this sphere, we become sons of God and sons of Abraham. Our true status is that in Christ and by the organic union we are both sons of God and sons of Abraham. Although we all have a natural life with a natural ancestry, we need not live any longer according to that life. Instead, we may live by the divine life with the divine nature. By living according to this life, we are in reality the sons of God and the sons of Abraham. The seed needed for the fulfillment of God's purpose could not be anything Abraham already possessed(Eliezer—Gen. 15:2) or could produce out of himself (Ishmael—16:15). Only that which God worked into Abraham could bring forth from Abraham the required seed. In order to fulfill God's purpose we must have Christ wrought intous. None of the things that we had could bring forth Christ. Only that which God worked into our being could bring forth Christ.

4/2/2014 Wednesday 9:48:26 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 48 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Three The Seed for the Fulfillment of God’s Purpose Morning Nourishment WEEK 3 — DAY 3 Gal. 3:7 Know then that they who are of faith, these are sons of Abraham. 26 For you are all sons of God through faith in ChristJesus. 29 And if you are of Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, heirs according to promise. Works of law make people disciples of Moses (John 9:28) with nothing whatever related to life. Faith in Christ makes the New Testament believers sonsof God, a relationship altogether in life. We, the New Testament believers, were born sons of fallen Adam, and in Adam, because of transgressions, we were under the law of Moses. But we have been reborn to become sons of Abraham and have been freed from the law of Moses by faith in Christ. We are sons ofAbraham not by natural birth, but by faith. Hence, our being sons of Abraham is based upon the principle offaith. It is based on our believing, not on our working. Our basis for being sons of Abraham surely is not natural descent. We are Abraham's sons accordingto the principle of faith. We are both sons of Abraham and sons of God because we have been baptized into Christ and have put on Christ (Gal. 3:27). To believe is to believe intoChrist (John 3:16), and to be baptized is to be baptized also into Christ.Faith in Christ brings us into Christ and makes us one with Christ, in whom isthe sonship. We must be identified with Christ through faith so that in Him wemay be sons of God. By both faith and baptism, we have been immersed into Christ, we have thus put on Christ, and we have become identified with Him. When we believed in Christ, the divine life with the divine nature—in fact, the Divine Being of the Triune God Himself—entered into us, and we were born of God to become sons of God. Just as a man's son partakes of his life and nature, so we as God's sons partake of the divine life and nature.(Life-study of Galatians, pp. 178, 173-174, 176, 175) Failed in the road test again, Lord what do you want me to learn from this experience? Actually it was just a road test, what I need is more practice, but why I am so nervous before the test. Lord, on the day You come, will I be nervous facing You. Will I be the one You delight in? I am so easily be affected by the outer environment, Lord sorry, there are lots of things distracting me from living before You. Lord, may You teach me to live in You, looking away unto You whenever changes surrounding me. Lord I really need You. Lord I give the road test to You, may Lord release the driver’s license to me at the propriate time. Lord You always give me the best, You know when I need the license. Thank You Lord for everything happened in me. Lord, no matter what happens, do not give me up, Lord I love You. Matthew 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? And not one of themwill fall to the earth apart from your Father. 10:30 But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. 10:31 Therefore do notfear; you are of more value than many sparrows.

As the unique seed of Abraham, Christ includes all the believers who have been baptized into Him (Gal. 3:27-28). In one sense, when Christ died on the cross, He was crucified alone as our Redeemer. But in another sense, whenHe was crucified, we were with Him. For the accomplishment of redemption,Christ was crucified alone. But for terminating the old creation, Christ included us in His crucifixion. In the same principle, in the fulfillment ofthe promise made by God to Abraham, we are not included as part of the unique seed. We can have no share in the fulfillment of this promise. However, for inheriting the promise and enjoying it, we are included. Faith in Christ brings us into Christ and makes us one with Christ,in whom is the sonship. We must be identified with Christ through faith so thatin Him we may be sons of God. By both faith and baptism, we have been immersed into Christ, we have thus put on Christ, and we have become identified withHim. 178, 173-174, 176, 175). It’s a new month, a refreshed start to grasp every chance excise beone with Christ, and the One fulfilled the promise made by God to Abraham. Gal. 3:16 But to Abraham were the promises spoken and to his seed. He does not say, And to the seeds, as concerning many, but as concerning one: “And to your seed,” who is Christ. For the fulfillment of His purpose God must have the seed. The seedis first the individual Christ and then the corporate Christ, composed ofChrist as the Head and all the believers as the Body—Gal. 3:16, 29; 1 Cor.12:12. Christ is the unique seed of Abraham. We know from Galatians 3:16 that Christ is Abraham's unique seed.Christ is the seed, and the seed is the heir who inherits the promises.... In order to inherit the promised blessing, we must be one with Christ . Outside of Him, we cannot inherit the promises given by God to Abraham . In God's eyes Abraham has only one seed, Christ. We must be in Him that we may participate in the promise given to Abraham. He is not only the seed inheriting the promise, but also the blessing of the promise for inheritance. For the Galatian believers to turn back from Christ to the law meant that they would forfeit both the Heir and the inheritance of the promises. (Lifestudy of Galatians, p. 172) Praise the Lord, He is the unique seed now growing in us. We should experience Christ as the seed within us, which means Christ in us is our life.We should live by this life, and deny ourselves. At the end day of March, did you feel Christ grow in yourself more? Anyhow, thanks the Lord, we have a new coming month, welcome April, may Lord gain more place in me, Lord grow in meand flow out of me. Philippians 3:13 Brothers, I do not account of myself to have laid hold; but one thing I do: Forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward to the things which are before, 3:14 I pursue toward the goal for the prize to which God in Christ Jesus has called me upward.

3/30/2014 Sunday 9:38:28 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 45 Hebrews 12:1 Therefore let us also, having so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, put away every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us and run with endurance therace which is set before us, 12:2 Looking away unto Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down on the right hand of the throne of God. When I finished this week’s message, I came to Lord, made a serious and true prayer to Him: Lord I need Your appearance desperately. Lord without Your appearance, I cannot deny myself, I cannot live the life of the altar and the tent. When Lord appeared to Abraham, Abraham’s life was changed. He build an altar, live in atent, and live totally for God; by God’s appearing and transfusing, Abraham trusted in God for His instant leading, taking God’s presence as the road map for his traveling. We usually take Lord’s appearance for granted. We may testify that Lord appeared to us, but did our life change? Did our way of talk change? Did our way ofdressing change? This morning, I did not know what to share with the brothers and sisters in the gathering, I just came to Lord, and prayed. Lord, what did you want me to say, what is your burden? While I was washing my face, Lord give me a word: continuous. Praise the Lord, we need Lord’s continuous appearance. Lord may appear to us the day we heard the gospel, Lord might appear to us yesterday, but did Lord appear to us today or at the right moment?Lord may appear to us in the way we talk, but did Lord present to us in the way we dress? We need Lord’s appearance again and again. Abraham not merely built an altar, but three, which means Abraham had Lord’s continuous appearance. I do not know whether brothers and sisters you use QQ for chatting. Many times I chatting with my friends via QQ, I tend to make jokes with them, sending them humorous pictures. Some day in this week, when I trying to make fun of one of my friends in QQ, Lord appearedto me, then I asked, Lord, do you want me to send this picture? Then Lord denied, and I did not send it. However, this does not mean, I do not need Lord’s appearance next time when chatting with my friends. I still need Lord’s continuousappearing to me, not merely in the way of my communicating with others, but ineverything I do. Praise the Lord. Lord I give this coming week to you, Lord You appeare to me continously. Lord I need You. Lord Jesus, I love You. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xohCDykyb-s

3/29/2014 Friday 09:34:18 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 44 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Two: Living by Faith—Being Today’s River Crossers to Livethe Life of the Altar and the Tent Morning Nourishment WEEK 2 — DAY 6 Gen. 13:18 And Abram moved his tent and came and dwelt by theoaks of Mamre, which are in Hebron, and there he built an altar toJehovah. Rev. 21:2-3 And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, comingdown out of heaven from God....Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, andHe will tabernacle with them... At Hebron Abraham's tent became a place where he had fellowship with God. By Abraham's pitching a tent at Hebron, God had a place on earth where He could communicate and fellowship with man (cf. Gen. 18). Abraham's tent withthe altar built by him was a prefigure of the tabernacle with the altar builtby the children of Israel after the exodus from Egypt (Exo. 40). Thattabernacle was God's testimony (Exo. 38:21) and the place where God and Hispeople could dwell and fellowship together. The ultimate consummation of the tabernacle will be the New Jerusalem, the testimony, the expression, of God ineternity and the eternal dwelling place of God and all His called ones (Rev.21:2-3 and footnote 1 on verse 3; 21:22 and footnote 2). (Gen. 13:18, footnote1) The altar has its issue in the tent ....From then on, Abraham lived in God's house—Bethel....Actually, he lived in a tent before, but God did not mention it. Not until he had built the altar does the Word of God bring the tent into view. A tent is something movable; it does not take root anywhere. Through the altar God deals with us; through the tent God deals with our possessions....What was not consumed on the altar could only be kept in hetent. Here we see a principle....God leaves some of the things offered on thealtar for our own use....We must apply the principle of the tent to all the physical things that He permits us to retain, because they have been given back to us to meet our need in the world. If we do not need them, we should dispose of them. We may use them, but we must not be touched by them....May we learn this lesson. We dare not use anything that has not been placed on the altar, we may not take anything back from the altar, and what God gives back must be kept according to the principle of the tent. (CWWN, vol. 37, “The Life of the Altarand the Tent,” pp. 92-93) So weary and worn, tonight I was touched by the song: I heard the voice of Jesus say. The song is so beautiful, just like Lord is saying to me: Lay down, thou weary one, lay down Thy head upon My breast.” I came to Jesus as I was, Lord’s love is so gentle; I found in Him a resting place. I drank of thatlife-giving stream; My thirst was quenched, my soul revived, And now I live inHim. Lord I love You, thank You Lord Jesus. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5AmFu58Tk2Y

3/28/2014 Friday 11:34:18 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 43 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2) Message Two: Living by Faith—Being Today’s River Crossers to Livethe Life of the Altar and the Tent Morning Nourishment WEEK 2 — DAY 5 Gen. 12:6-8 And Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, to the oak of Moreh....And Jehovah appeared to Abram....And there he built an altar to Jehovah who had appeared to him. And he...pitched his tent, with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east; and there he built an altar to Jehovah and called upon the name of Jehovah. Abraham built three altars in three places—Shechem, Bethel, and Hebron; these three places represent the good land, typifying the all-inclusive Christ as the all-inclusive Spirit—Col. 1:12; 2:6-7; Phil. 1:19. One characteristic of Canaan is that God's people are the temple ofGod and the house of God. It is not enough to have Shechem (power) only. There must also be Bethel. All the powerful ones must become God's house and the Bodyof Christ before they can become useful. The problem is that many Christians consider the Body of Christ merely as a principle; they have not seen the life of the Body of Christ. What good is it if we try to do something according to a principle without having the life to do it? We think that we should cooperate with one another in everything, and we often reluctantly agree to cooperate, but our heart has no taste for it....If we do not know that the Body is a life, and if we merely act according to a principle, we are only imitating in an outward way. If we are to turn our face towards God's house, our fleshly lifemust be dealt with. Only after ournatural life has been dealt with by God, and only after we have been subdued to realize that the natural life should be judged rather than praised, will we be ableto live out the life of the Body of Christ. (CWWN, vol. 35, pp. 31-34) This evening we had a gospel meeting in the church. I did not turn to Lord in inviting my friend and talking with him in the gathering. I did things fleshly, stirring him to receive the Life outwardly, instead of prayingfor him inwardly. I felt guilty about this, may Lord forgive me. Oh, Lord Jesus, may You reveal Yourselfto my friend, attract him with Yourself. Lord You gain him.

John 8:58 Jesus said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, Before Abraham came into being, I am. Heb. 11:8 By faith Abraham, being called, obeyed to go outunto a place which he was to receive as an inheritance; and he went out, notknowing where he was going. If we would walk in the steps of Abraham’s faith, we must be thosewho live the life of the altar and the tent, taking Christ as our life and thechurch as our living to live a life of being transfused by God, consecratingour all to God, and taking His presence as our road map—Rom. 4:11-12; Gal.3:6-9; Heb. 11:9; Gen. 12:7-8; 13:3-4, 18: Through His repeated appearings to Abraham, God transfused Himselfinto him, causing him to experience a spiritual infusion with a spiritualinfiltration of God’s essence into his being; God’s appearing and transfusingissue in our living by faith for His perfect will to build up the church as theBody of Christ, consummating in the New Jerusalem. We must pray, “Appear to meagain and again, and speak to me again and again!” Lord appears to me tonight in the soil engineering class. I was frustrated about my mistake in the soil engineering midterm. I miss the third problem in the test, which worth 20 points. When I saw the test grade this evening, I was really disappointed about myself. How could I make such mistakes???? I am in a total mess. I repented to Lord about my mistake, and asking Him what lessons that I should learn from this. Anyhow, Lord allowed this happen, definitely He wants to teach me something. Now I know,Lord Jesus, I know what You trying to teach me. Thank You Lord. Finally, the lecturer, Dr. Haran promised to give me a remedy, do another problem a week later, but I won’t get the whole points, since I have to pay the price for the mistake I made. Thank You Lord, You’re leading me through. Lord I love You more today. What new life hacks learnt today: Write yourself a letter. John Carlton, the legendary copywriter says, “My trick to settinggoals is very simple: I sit down and write myself a letter, dated exactly oneyear ahead.” Write yourself a detailed letter describing your life one yearfrom now. It’s a powerful technique and is another way to use visualization tomap out your desired outcome in your mind.

Just like Kanye West, or maybe Nietszche, who said, “What doesn’tkill me makes me stronger.” When you are in a difficulty, whether a person oran event, consider what your future self will have learned from it. Man is often symbolized by lands and cities in the Bible. Thus,Chaldea and Babylon signify the ruined and corrupted man filled with idolatry. So there is the need to cross the river out of the corrupted land into theelevated, new land, that is, into an elevated, new mankind. That’s why God camein and called Abraham out of that ruined mankind---Chaldea, making him the head and father of the called race. Our saving by God is to fulfill God's purpose. Firstly, God's goal is Christ. We are in Christ. We are in the enjoyment of Christ. We should be delivered out of many negative situations so that we may come into God's goal. Many Christians have been saved, but they have never come into God'sgoal. Firstly, God’s goal is bringing us to the Christ—the good land, enabling us have full enjoyment of Christ; Secondly, God's goal is the church, which means God’s need gain a cooperated river crossers. As Christians, our daily life ought to be the life of passing over ariver, that is, to pass over from the law and cross over to grace; pass overthe old covenant and cross over to the new covenant; pass over the ritualistic service of the Old Testament and cross over to the spiritual reality of the NewTestament; pass over Judaism and cross over to the church; pass over the earthly things and cross over to the heavenly things; pass over the outer court, where the altar is, and cross over to the Holy of Holies, where God is;pass over the soul and cross over to the spirit; pass over the beginning oftruth and life and cross over to the maturity of life in the truth. Be a rivercrosser today! This afternoon is full of incidents…Visiting the Division of Payroll Services, revising PMS homework, going back and forth between computer room and laboratory, taking evening class... all these trifles show that I tend to rush at things…So easily turn away from the spirit…Anyhow, praise the Lord for these trifles, showing me I should pass over the soul and cross over to the spirit. What new life hacks learnt today: Be in the now. Yes, you have to do your homework and clean the bedroom when you get home, but while you’re here now writing the blog, just enjoy the writing. Then apply this lesson to all other momentsof pleasure and work—you can handle the little stuff later.

Gal. 3:7 Know then that they who are of faith, these are sonsof Abraham. 14 In order that the blessing of Abraham might come to theGentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. The first Hebrew was Abraham, the father of all those who contact God by faith; therefore, God is called “the God of the Hebrews”—Gen. 14:13;Exo. 7:16; 9:1, 13; The root of the word Hebrew means “to pass over”; it can mean specifically to pass over a river, that is, to pass over from this side ofthe river to the other side; therefore, a Hebrew is a river crosser— Gen.14:13: 1. River crossers are a people separated from the world. 2. Abraham left Chaldea, crossed the river, and came into Canaan, the good land of blessing—Josh. 24:2-3. As believers in Christ, we are the corporate seed of Abraham, repeating the history of Abraham; The Christian life and the church life todayare the harvest of the life and history of Abraham ! We all are here building an altar and pitching a tent. Look at the church life: we have analtar and a real tabernacle. This is a picture of the coming New Jerusalem where we shall spend eternity with God. (Life-study of Genesis, p. 563) I got the SD mid-term exam result tonight, which showing I have to workharder on this course. The mid-term should be a wake-up call for me in my way of study. Now I plan to prepare for the coming finals step by step, other than always mugging them up. Anyhow, praise the Lord for this experience. If therefore I have not become faithful in my study, who will entrust to me what is true? I should also repent to Lord either, I did not treat the courses properly, and may Lord dig away all the dirts in me, enable me to be oneness with Him evenin my courses. 3/23/2014 Sunday 9:34:37 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 38 A busy day, but still have to save some time for writing, even a few lines of words… Reflecting on today, I find it is very useful to use the “Left and Right Brian Training Method” let me just name it in this way, which I developed in my former blog: http://blog.sciencenet.cn/home.php?mod=spaceuid=538956do=blogid=778169 In this method, the hands play a role of trigger, whenever I see my bothhands, they reminds me the knowledge I gained in the subcategories. I’ll applyit to my daily learning and polish it if possible. Maybe tonight, I have to stay awake and study till mid night to keep upwith these difficult PMS homework… Lord gives me the Psalms 23 to enjoy. 23:1 Jehovah is my Shepherd; I will lack nothing. 23:2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me besidewaters of rest. 23:3 He restores my soul; He guides me on the paths of righteousnessFor His name's sake. 23:4 Even though I walk Through the valley of the shadow of death, Ido not fear evil, For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, They comfortme. 23:5 You spread a table before me In the presence of my adversaries; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 23:6 Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me All the daysof my life, And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah For the length of my days. What new life hacks learnttoday: Say “No” One skill that many high achievers have in common is the gentle art of saying “no” to things that are not a priority, which allows them to focus onthose things that are really important. We only have exactly 24 hours in a dayto do the things that matter. If we don’t learn to say “no” to things that arenot important, other peoples’ priorities will precede our own.

3/22/2014Saturday 10:12:56 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 37 Morning Nourishment (WEEK 1 — DAY 6) 1 Thes. 1:1 Paul and Silvanus and Timothy to the church of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace. Matt. 28:19 Go therefore and disciple all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son andof the Holy Spirit. Both 1Thessalonians 1:1 and 2 Thessalonians 1:1 reveal that the church is composed ofa group of sinners who have been saved and regenerated and who are now in theTriune God. When Paul speaks of the church in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, he actually means that the church is in the Triune God. We ought to see the vision that the church is in the Triune God, that is to say, if we want to experience the reality ofthe church, we should live in the Triune God, our thinking, our activities, andour entire life should be controlled under this vision. The past week is really busy and a little bit tired…Almost spent the whole spring break on research work, calculating the tire model. The thing is that still did not get the ideal results. Lord Jesus, thank you for this unusual spring break, the unpleasant experience, Lord I firmly believe that You will lead me though, and the failure is definitely indispensable for me to gain more Your life. Lord I just give my research work to You, Lord I rely on You, may Lord give me the wisdom so that I can tackle the problem, and learn from it. Lord I need Your peace and rest, may Lord be with me. Thank You Lord, I love You dearest Lord. What new life hacks learnt today: Know what you’re made of The more you know about what you’re made of, the easier it will be to determine the right fit. So sit back and take assessments about yourself, know your strengths and weaknesses. Discover your passions. Understand your motivations. Num. 3/21/2014Friday 10:19:15 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 36 MorningNourishment (WEEK 1 — DAY 5) Gal.6:15-16 For neither is circumcision anything nor uncircumcision, but a new creation is what matters. And as many as walk by this rule, peace be upon them and mercy, even upon the Israel of God. The real Israel (Rom. 9:6b; 2:28-29; Phil. 3:3), all the Gentile and Jewish believers in Christ, who are the true sons of Abraham (Gal. 3:7, 29),who are the household of the faith (6:10), and who are those in the new creation. They walk by “this rule,” express God's image, and execute God'sauthority, and are typified by Jacob, who was transformed into Israel, a prince of God and a victor (Gen. 32:27-28). (Gal. 6:16, footnote 4) Praise the Lord that we are now sons of God! As God's sons, we need a walk by the Spirit to express Christ in all His virtues. We also need another kind of walk by the Spirit, the walk according to certain rules or principles, leading toward the goal for the fulfillment of God's purpose. If we have the second kind of walk by the Spirit, we shall be not only sons of God, but also a newcreation and the Israel of God. We need to live the new creation and as the new Israel of God. In order to live a new creation and live as the Israel of God,we need the second kind of walk. We need to walk orderly according to the elementary principles of God's economy. Lifestyle Design---Day 35
dymseu 2014-3-21 05:17
3/20/2014 Thursday 5:01:22 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 35 Morning Nourishment (WEEK 1 — DAY 4) Heb. 12:11 Now no discipline at the presenttime seems to be a matter of joy, but of grief; but afterward it yields thepeaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been exercised by it. Rom. 8:28 And we know that all things worktogether for good to those who love God, to those who are called according toHis purpose. Tonight is unusual, since it will be my first time collecting filed data throughout the night…May Lord bless me with safety. Psalms 121:5 Jehovah is your Keeper;Jehovah is your shade at your right hand. 121:6 The sun will not strike you by day, Nor the moon by night. 121:7 Jehovah will keep you from all evil; He will keep your soul. 121:8 Jehovah will keep your going out and your coming in Fromnow and to eternity. Jacob’s history is a picture of the discipline of the Holy Spirit. Some saints are exceptionally clever, thoughtful, shrewd, calculating, and resourceful. But we must remember that we do not walk in fleshly wisdom but in the grace of God (2Cor. 1:12). Jacob experienced the continual discipline of the Holy Spirit. As aresult, his cleverness was never able to have its way. (CWWN, vol. 35, “The Godof Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,” p. 12) The discipline of the Holy Spirit refers to what the Holy Spirit is doing in our outward environment; it refers to His arranging of all people, things, and happenings, through which we are being disciplined . When we see this, we should realize there is no need for us to complain about the surrounding environment. All the people, things, happenings, whatever we like or not, is from God the Father, which enable the Holy Spirit to perform work inus. Praise the Lord for everything, and just open ourselves to Him in every situation. The end result of the discipline of the Holy Spirit is always that we may be torn down, broken, and reduced to nothing. It is through the discipline of the Holy Spirit that God completely tears down our old creation so that the element of His new creation may be built up in us. (The Experienceof Life, pp. 259, 266) What new lifehacks learnt today: Focus on only the smallest part of your work at a time. Try to focus on doing a very small, minimum amount of work instead of see a goal for the big giant accomplishment. For example, which is easier? Remembering 100 new words per day, or remembering a minimum of 10 new words per day. Num. 3/19/2014 Tuesday 9:59:25 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 34 MorningNourishment (WEEK 1 — DAY 3) Gen.24:36 And Sarah my master's wife bore a son to my master after she had become old. And he has given all that he has to him. 1 Cor.4:7 For who distinguishes you? And what do you have that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though not having received it? I’mreally touched by 1 Cor. 4:7 For who distinguishes you? And what do youhave that you did not receive? And if you did receive it, why do you boast as though not having received it?. Everything we have is received from the God, so that we have nothing to boast. Thank You Lord for everything I have, even when I got stuck in a research problem… The principle of Isaac is the principle of receiving. In Isaac we see that everything comes from the Father and that our place is to receive. Not only dowe have to know God as the Father, but we have to know Christ as the Son. The meaning of God as the Son is that everything is received and nothing is initiated by Him. In Abraham we see God's purpose. In Isaac we see God's power. In Abraham we see the standard which God requires of His people. In Isaac we see the life which enables God's people to reach that standard. Many Christians have one basic problem: They only see God's purpose but do not see God's provisions. They see God's standard but do not see God's life. They see God's demands, but do not see the power that meets these demands. This is why we haveto consider Isaac as well as Abraham. The title the God of Jacob implies how the Holy Spirit disciplined Jacob, how He dealt with Jacob's natural life, how He constituted Christ into Jacob, and how He bore the fruit of the Spirit in Jacob. If we want to know the God of Jacob,we have to know the constitution by the Spirit and the fruit of the Spirit. If we want to know the God of Jacob, we need to allow the Spirit to perform His work in us, to deal with our natural life, to constitute Christ into our inward being, and to bring forth the fruit of the Spirit in us so that we can becomethe vessels of God's testimony. What new life hacks learnt today: Always be prepared to step out of yourcomfort zone. “The idea of stepping out of your comfortzone for some people can leave you paralyzed with fear; however for any changingin your life, your comfort zone will always have to be stepped out of.” Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 33
dymseu 2014-3-19 10:11
3/18/2014Tuesday 9:59:25 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 33 Morning Nourishment (WEEK 1 — DAY 2) Rom.4:17 (As it is written, “I have appointed you a father of many nations”)in the sight of God whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls the things not being as being. 11:36Because out from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen. We needto know and experience the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God ofJacob. Abraham believed in God as the unique source, as the One who “calls the things not being as being”. To know God as the Father is to know that He is our unique source; the unique Initiator, and that everything originates from Him, which also means that God’s goal must be achieved according to God’s time and through God’s power. In Isaac, the best figure of the Son, we see that everything comes from the Father. The principle of Isaac is the principle of receiving. The significance of God the Son is that everything is received and that nothing is initiated by Him. May Lord make me see that He is the Father, and everything proceeds from;we are sons, and everything we have is from Him. My place is to receive. Jacob speaks to us of the Holy Spirit; his experiences represent the work of the HolySpirit, and his history is a type of the discipline of the Holy Spirit. The title the God of Jacob implies how the Holy Spirit disciplined Jacob, dealt with his natural life, constituted Christ into him, and bore the fruit of the Spirit in him. If we would know and experience the God of Jacob, we need to allow the Spirit to perform His work in us, dealing with our natural life and constituting Christ into us. When writing this blog, I was in the research lab, hesitating whether I should go to tonight’s prayer meeting. Since I have some extra work to do, naturally I donot feel like praying with the saints tonight. But the things is that I promised one of the brothers that I’ll attend the prayer meeting and in his call he reminded me of the meeting. But should I reserve the right to make my own decisions? Surely not. Only the Father has the right to make the decision and should I go or not it is up to Him. At the moment ofuncertainty, I turned to Lord, prayed to Him, asking Him is it better for me tostay or go to the meeting. In my prayer, Lord gave me Hebrews 7:16 “Who hasbeen appointed not according to the law of a fleshy commandment but accordingto the power of an indestructible life”. Praise the Lord, I do not need to stick to the law or commandment, I act according to the power of an indestructible life. I feel peaceful and rest after praying to the Lord, and knowing that He allowed me no to go there tonight. So I am staying behind to do some research work. This is my experience of the God of Father in this event... What new life hacks learnt today: Powerful words trigger powerful thinking. “I’m going to try this.” Where’s the power in this statement? Reword it. “I’m going to master this technique and gain customers.” Use powerful words that set youup for success in your thinking. Merely ‘trying’ something isn’t motivating.‘Mastering’ something is very motivating. Think effectively—and powerfully.Powerful thinking promotes powerful action. Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 32
dymseu 2014-3-18 10:29
3/17/2014Monday 10:13:30 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 32 My lifein the United States Thanksthe Lord for giving me a new start. This week our morning nourishment we will enter into 2013 Winter Training Crystallization-Study of Genesis (2). I attended the 2013 Winter Training in Anaheim, which is my first time made a personal appearance at the event. Praise the Lord for His renewing speaking and shepherding. May Lord keep me in the ministry of Life. Today we start with the Message One: Knowing and Experiencing the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob to Become the Israel of God! I really touched by the title which saying not merely knowing, but experiencingthe Triune God with fullness. Have you ever heard about our Triune God? Or do you have experience with our Triune God. Praise the Lord, our God can beexperienced, He is the very one living in us, and living in every situation weare in. Our God is the God of three particular persons—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; this implies that He is the Triune God (Exo. 3:15; Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14). Abraham,Isaac, and Jacob are the foundations of the nation of Israel; without them there would not be the nation of Israel. These imply that we all need to have the elements of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; without these elements we cannot be the people of God, the Israel of God. Lord Jesus, I open my heart to You, may You work Yourself more to me day by day, moment by moment, so that the elements of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob increasing in me every day. The experience of Abraham signifies the experience of God the Father, the unique source, in His calling man, justifying man, and equipping man to live by faith and to live in fellowship with Him. Praise the Lord, we God people have aunique source, and everything is originated from this source---our Father. No matter what situation we are in, whatever things we encounter, positive or negative in our eyes (actually when we look back, we’ll see that everything is beneficial for us, since it is from our Father.), it is from our Father. The experience of Isaac signifies the experience of God the Son in His redeeming man and His blessing man with the inheritance of all His riches, with a life of the enjoyment of His abundance, and with a life in peace. Father is the source, our position is the son receiving everything from our unique Father. The experience of Jacob (with Joseph) signifies the experience of God the Father in His loving man and choosing man (Mal. 1:2; Rom. 9:10-13) and of God the Spirit in His causing all things to work together for the good of those who love Him,in His transforming man, and in His making man mature in the divine life so that man may be able to bless all the people, rule over all the earth, and satisfy all the people with God the Son as the life supply. Do not be afraid to experience the God of Jacob, the God of dealing with us. His dealing with us is transforming us, and making us mature in the divine life. I currently living in the brothers’ house, with five brothers. We all have different personalities and daily routines. And in the group living, it is very common for us to encounter uncomfortable things from one another. Praise the Lord, as the Father, He gives the brothers I need, and everything happens on me is from the Father, my position is just to receiving what the Father givesto me. And by His consistently work, I experience the God of Jacob. What new life hacks learnt today: Don’t Out-source Your Brain. Make your own decisions, and mistakes. And learn from them. That way, you are training your brain, not your neighbors’ orthe media personalities’, or the politicians… Num. 3/16/2014Sunday 10:09:59 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 31 My life in the United States Welcome to the spring break! Have some time to rest and enjoy the books I have been longing for reading. Holiday is always a good time to draft future plans and learn something new. Anyhow, take good control of your time! Duringthe spring break, I will start a brain training journey. Probe ways to organize the brain for better productivity. Just like a human computer, our minds andthe computer function to a great extent in much the same way. If we want to improve our daily productivity, efficiency and focus, we need to empty the “waste”and reboot for our brains so that we might perform at peak levels. Otherwise our brain will be easily overloaded with too many circuits firing simultaneouslyand or simply process the information in a much slower and less efficient manner than we’d like. One ofthe brain training hacks I learnt today is “do something different repeatedly”.By actually doing something new over and over again, our brain wires new pathways that help us do this new thing better and faster. I will try to apply this tip in reviewing my final exam and mastering lecture notes, in this way I won’t be in a hurry like what I did in the past midterm. What new life hacks learnt today: Set a Dollar Value on Your Time. What an hour of your time is worth? If your time is worth $600 an hour, it’s useful to know that the 30 minutes you justspent on Facebook is worth $300….Really practical, time is money and time islife. Keep a time log so that you know where your time is going. Then cut down on useless activities. Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 30
dymseu 2014-3-16 10:07
3/15/2014 Saturday 9:56:27 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 30 My lifein the United States Praisethe Lord, I have been writing blog in English for thirty days. Rome was notbuilt in a day, keep on going. Today’s MorningNourishment I enjoy: Rev.19:14 And the armies which are in heaven followed Him on white horses, dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 21:10-11And he...showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, having the glory of God. Her light was like a most precious stone, like a jasper stone, as clear as crystal. The seventh aspect of the testimony of Jesus is the overcoming army to fight against Antichrist. The eighth aspect of the testimony of Jesus is the New Jerusalem. The wall of the New Jerusalem is built with jasper (Rev. 21:11,18-19)... Man was made in God's image to express God, and in the New Jerusalem this purpose will be fulfilled. We abide in Christ so that He may abide in us by dealing with the constant word in the Scriptures, which is outside of us, and the present word as the Spirit, which is within us (John 5:39-40; 6:63; 2 Cor. 3:6; Rev. 2:7).By the outward, written word we have the explanation, definition, and expressionof the mysterious Lord, and by the inward, living word we have the experienceof the abiding Christ and the presence of the practical Lord (Eph. 5:26;6:17-18). If we abide in the Lord's constant and written word, His instant andliving words will abide in us (John 8:31; 15:7; 1 John 2:14). We abide in Him and His words abide in us so that we may speak in Him and He may speak in us for the building of God into man and man into God . (John 15:7; 2 Cor.2:17; 13:3; 1 Cor. 14:4b). (The Conclusion of the New Testament, p. 3995) Lord, with what should a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word. Do not let me wander from Your word, Lord. Your word is a lamp to my feet. And a light to my path. May You make me treasure Your word, abide in Your word. What new life hacks learnt today: Have a healthy frame of mind. Try not to panic or play the victim. Think,“How can I resolve this?” instead of thinking “Why me?”. Positive thinking and open-mindedness are the two things to always bring into the situation. Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 29
dymseu 2014-3-15 11:46
3/14/2014Friday 11:18:38 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 29 My life inthe United States Today’s MorningNourishment I enjoy: Rev. 19:7-8...The marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready. And it was given to her that she should be clothed in fine linen, brightand clean; for the fine linen is the righteousnesses of the saints. S. S. 6:13Return, return, O Shulammite; return, return, that we may gaze at you.Why should you gaze at the Shulammite, as upon the dance of two camps? The sixth aspect is in Revelation 19, where we see the bride prepared for a wedding by being clothed with fine linen, bright and clean (vv.7-8). The outer court of the tabernacle was also covered with fine linen (Exo.26:1). Linen signifies the expression of Christ in the righteousnesses of the saints. Today as the testimony of Jesus the church must be clothed with finelinen, being righteous, bright, pure, clean, clear, and without mixture, spot,or any such thing (Eph. 5:26- 27). (The Testimony of Jesus, p. 111) After he saw the two armies of God, Jacob did a marvelous thing. He divided his wives, children, and the rest of his possessions into two groups, or twoarmies. He thought that if his brother Esau attacked one group, the other group could escape being slaughtered. This is full of spiritual significance. These two groups are not just the singular army of God but twoarmies. This means that we are more than conquerors. It also signifies astrong testimony. God does not want giants. He wants only the feeble ones, the weaker ones, the women and children. They can become Hisarmies because the fighting is not in their hands but in His hands. He needs apeople who are one with Him, a people who are submissive to Him, signified bythe plaited hair (S. S. 1:11), and obedient to Him with a flexible will, signified by the neck with strings of jewels (v. 10). Those who arecounted as overcomers will be the weaker ones ...who depend on the Lord . In Revelation 3:8 the Lord said that those in Philadelphia had a littlepower.... If we are too able and too full of capacity in doing things, weare finished. Today the Lord is waiting. He is still calling for overcomers. Ifwe say, Lord, I can't overcome, the Lord will say, My child, whatever you cannot do, I will do for you. I resist the proud, but I give graceto the humble. This is the principle of two armies (Mahanaim) dancing. Rememberthat these two armies were composed of Jacob's wives and children. Eventually, none of them fought against Esau. It was God who fought Esau by changing hisattitude....Today we are the reality of God's armies (Mahanaim).(Crystallization-study of Song of Songs, pp. 9, 110-112) What should beimproved today: Today is alittle bit late, since I had my hair cut after the gathering in a brother’shouse. May Lord forgive me, I did not take others’ feeling into consideration. I should not have my hair cut tonight… What new life hacks learnt today: Nuke it! The most efficient way to get through a task is todelete it. If it doesn’t need to bedone, get it off your to do list. Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 28
dymseu 2014-3-14 10:05
3/13/2014 Thursday 9:59:13 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 28 My life in the United States Today’s Morning Nourishment I enjoy: Rev. 15:2-3And I saw as it were a glassy sea mingled with fire and those who comeaway victorious from the beast and from his image and from the number of hisname standing on the glassy sea, having harps of God. And they sing the song ofMoses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and wonderfulare Your works, Lord God the Almighty! Righteous and true are Your ways, 0 Kingof the nations! Revelation 15:2-5 reveals the fifth aspect ofthe testimony of Jesus—the overcomers standing on a glassy sea mingled with fire before God's heavenly temple. A number of the saints are on the shore ofthis sea, singing the song of Moses and the song of the Lamb. This is a picturesignifying further spiritual matters concerning the testimony of Jesus. Thechurch as the testimony of Jesus is composed of a group of saints who have beensaved through water, just as Noah was saved from his evil generation throughthe water that flooded the earth (Gen. 6:11-14a) and as the Israelites weresaved through the water of the Red Sea not only from God's judgment but alsofrom the evil power of Pharaoh (Exo. 14:22, 29)....The flood for Noah and theRed Sea for the Israelites were both a baptism (1 Pet. 3:20-21; 1 Cot 10:1-2).Today we, the New Testament believers, are also baptized. The real meaning of baptism is that it is a burial (Rom. 6:4). Nothing separates us from all theworldly ties as thoroughly as burial. Anyone who means business with the Lordmust see that he has come out of the world by passing through water. (TheTestimony of Jesus, pp. 108-109) The Israelites were baptized in the Red Sea, but because they had become old and fleshly in the wilderness, they needed to be baptized again in the Jordan.Likewise, we may have been baptized ten years ago, but today we may be full of dirt and old things. We must not bear these things in the church life. In thechurch there is a glassy sea into which we can jump and be washed. Today the baptistery is an entry for the negative things to go into the lake of fire. We need to let the dirt, the world, and all the negative things pass through that entrance and go into the lake of fire. If we are wearing the modern fashions from the department store, we need the experience of entering into thebaptistery to be washed and allow those fashions to go to the lake of fire. Then we will be in the New Jerusalem in our experience. We must not despise the baptistery. It is the best place to send our earthly dirt on the way to the lake of fire.... We must not keep the dirt on ourselves . We must be cleansed in thechurch . (The Testimony of Jesus, pp. 109-110) What should beimproved today: I suffered a rebuff from a classmate when I turn to him for help about a research problem...So, don't ask others’ opinions each time you get stuck. First solve it by yourself, and develop the habit of think for yourself. Then ask the right one who migth be helpful. What new life hacks learnt today: Ask Questions. Question Everything. Become creative by asking questions, primarily of yourself, but also of others: The Five Ws, Five Ws and one H, or the Six Ws arequestions whose answers are considered basic in information-gathering. dymseu 2014-3-13 10:09
3/12/2014Wednesday 9:53:09 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 27 My lifein the United States Today’s MorningNourishment I enjoy: Rev.12:1 And a great sign was seen in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun,and the moon underneath her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. 5And she brought forth a son, a man-child, who is to shepherd all the nations with an iron rod; and her child was caught up to God and to Histhrone. The wonderful, bright woman has no covering, shadow, or darkness. Everything is in the bright open air. This kind of church is a victorious one. The man-child is the stronger part of the people of God. Although God has many angels who will fight against Satan, the final victoryover the enemy will be gained not because of the angels but because of theman-child. God needs the manchild. The fourth aspect of the church as the testimony of Jesus is that it is God's farmto grow the divine crop. This crop is first the one hundred forty four thousand firstfruits, a small number, and then the harvest, the majority (14:1-5,14-16).This tells us that in the church life we all need to grow. Verse 4 shows theway to grow. This verse says concerning the firstfruits, These are they who have not been defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are they who follow the Lamb wherever He may go. In order to grow, we need to stay away from any kind of defilement. Daniel and his three friends were offered the best food by the royal palace in Babylon, but Daniel purposed in his heart notto defile himself by eating food that had been offered to idols. In this way, these young men kept themselves from being defiled (Dan. 1:5-6, 8)....Young people especially must be careful not to be defiled, and they must also follow Jesus wherever He goes....If the young people will do this and separate themselves to the Lord, they will grow every day, and they will be thefirstfruits produced by the church life. The condition for growing quickly is tofollow the Lamb . Wherever He goes, we follow Him, and by following Him we grow more quickly. Then we will be the firstfruits. (The Testimony of Jesus,pp. 106-107, 137-138) What should be improved today: Just off the SE exam… These two exams show Idid not go into depth toward learning… What new life hacks learnt today: Focus on your game It is very easy to get distracted and become envious of what other people are doing or achieving. Try not to compare yourlife with others. Everyone has been created unique by God with their own set ofskills talents. On the contrary, you should focus on refining and sharpeningtheir own tools. So what are you “Games”? Num. 3/10/2014Monday 10:00:21 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 25 My life inthe United States Today’s MorningNourishment I enjoy: Rev. 1:2...John, who testified the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ, even all that he saw. 11-12...What you see write in a scroll and send it to the seven churches: toEphesus and to Smyrna and to Pergamos and to Thyatira and to Sardis and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea. And I turned to see the voice thatspoke with me; and when I turned, I saw seven golden lampstands. The churchis not only universally one but also expressed locally in many cities. In the whole universe there is only one Christ, one Spirit, and one church. Why then are there the seven churches? Because of the need for an expression.... If we would know the church, we must know its substance, existence, and expression.Substantially, the church, and even all the churches, are one. In expression, the many churches are the many lampstands....The church is the expression ofthe Triune God, and this expression is seen in many localities on the earth....In Revelation 1 there are seven lampstands with forty-nine lamps shining in the universe. This is the testimony of Jesus....This means that the church is the expression of the Triune God substantially and expressively.Substantially, it is of one substance in the whole universe; expressively, itis many lampstands with the lamps shining in the darkness to express the TriuneGod. The Father as the substance is embodied in the Son, the Son as theembodiment is expressed through the Spirit, the Spirit is fully realized and reproduced as the churches, and the churches are the testimony of Jesus. If we see this vision, it will govern us and we shall never be divisive. (Life-studyof Revelation, p. 92) The churchis the expression of the Triune God substantially and expressively, may Lord forgive me, I did not express Him today in many things, I just live myself…I'msorry I blew up at a friend… What should be improved today: I was in such a hurry reviewing the notes, theexams are not well prepared…Did not perform well in today’s SD exam…Not very good at drawing inferences about other cases from one instance. Should try to develop a good study habit, which is essential for your later social life either. What new life hacks learnt today: Be a mentor. “The best way to learn is to teach. It may sound paradoxical, but the more you are able to vocalize and communicate what it is that you know and pass that onto someone else, the better grasp and understanding you will also come to have” Num. 3/9/2014 Sunday 10:16:35 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 24 My lifein the United States Today’s Morning Nourishment I enjoy: Revelation: 21:5 And He who sits on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said,Write, for these words are faithful and true. 21:6And He said to me, They have come to pass. I am the Alpha and the Omega, theBeginning and the End. I will give to him who thirsts from the spring of the water of life freely. 21:7 Hewho overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be God to him, and he willbe a son to Me. Praise the Lord, today the churches in New Jersey had a blending gathering in our newmeeting hall. We are so happy that the Lord has made us together, made us one!Though we be many, yet we all are one, and thus within, in life we all are one.We stand as one in each locality, for all to see, and our actual oneness withall saints declare. What a joy to have this blessed oneness! As most of the brothers and sisters who attended the gathering, I was also touched bythe video showing the history of our church. He is the Alpha and the Omega, He first initiated the desire of a new meeting hall in the leading brothers, during theprocess, He leads all saints through, and fulfill all the needs, finally, Heperforms the promise, and gives us the new meeting hall. How faithful andtrustworthy too, my dearest Lord. The universe and all therein Thy faithfulness avow. Furthermore,Lord’s desire is not merely blesses us outwardly, or gives us a physical newmeeting hall. His utmost purpose is to build of His body---the church. Weshould treasure what Lord gives to us, but we ought to bear in mind that we arehere for His purpose; we are not those only live in the human history; we arethose and should be those live in the divine history. Lord Jesus, may Your namebe sanctified; Your kingdom come; Your will be done, as in heaven, so also onearth. “He who testifies these things says, Yes, I come quickly. Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! Thegrace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints. Amen.” What should be improved today: Exercise to live before the Lord through consistent pray, do not be bothered or live in front of others. “And when they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one except Jesus Himself alone” What new life hacks learnt today: Only be with the best! “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with----Jim Rohn” Take a look at your inner circle of friends. You need to surround yourself with people whom you can learn from andbe encouraged by. As iron sharpens iron, your network of friends is a greatresource for brain picking. Num. [转载]The ‘Happiness’ Startup: Rules to Live By-“幸福”生活准则
wangyk 2014-3-8 05:12
王应宽 转载 Wang Yingkuan Beijing, China Mar 8, 2014 The ‘Happiness’ Startup: Rules to Live By (“幸福”生活准则) Happiness is elusive without balance. I learned that the hard way. As an entrepreneur, I’ve been fortunate to see financial success but that has little connection to genuine happiness. A famous writer once said, “Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can't take their eyes off you. ” In other words, let passion dictate the 86,400 seconds you share with the world each day. It’s a euphoric state of mind. What’s a euphoric state of mind? You can’t control the outcome, only the process. Sometimes we wonder through our successes and triumphs – for whom are we doing this for? And, I have one answer: You’re doing it for you. These are some of the rules I try to live by: 1. UNPLUG: The wired world connected us in wonderful and unimaginable ways, but there’s a lot of to be said for the real world. You have to learn to let go. Set aside the phone and the laptop and carve out quality time with the people that really matter to you. At the end of the day, they are the only definition of what’s real. Time is actually our greatest virtue. Cherish each of these real moments. 2. KEEP ON LEARNING: At 16, I dropped out of high school – but I never stopped learning. On the contrary, that’s when I learned how to learn. Feeding the brain is a strong component to happiness. Never relax or rest on your laurels; always look for ways to give more than what’s expected from you. Challenge yourself. Open your mind and keep it open. And remember: There is nothing you can’t do. When others see obstacles, look for opportunities. Dream big. Hustle harder. 3. GIVE BACK: There’s a quirky bumper sticker that asks people to “practice random acts of kindness.” And there’s some truth to this life lesson – as long as it comes from the heart. It reminds you of the blessings you have and what you should be grateful for, including all the basic things we take for granted. It also allows you to contribute to something greater than yourself. And, whatever you believe in – a higher power, the law of attraction or just karma, this will further fuel your success. 4. STOP THINKING TOO MUCH: It’s alright not to know all the answers. The answers will come to you when you least expect them. Trust your gut. We are complicated creatures. That inexplicable feeling you get sometimes—well, it tends to be right fairly often. Try not to overanalyze it. Some mysterious Inner You is trying to help out by pointing you in the right direction. And, remember, time heals almost everything: give it time. I can summarize this lesson in three simple words, Life Goes On. 5. BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE: The only person in charge of your happiness is you. You don’t own all the problems in the world. Count your blessings, not your problems. Be grateful, because if you’re reading this, you’re already way ahead of billions others in this world. It doesn’t matter if the glass is half empty or half full; the only thing that matters is that you have a glass and your responsible for what you pour into it. On the other hand, don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them — you have no idea what their journey is all about. So when things go wrong, just take a deep breath and then remind yourself of what your greater purpose is. Purpose isn’t defined by what you want to achieve but what you want to live for to achieve happiness. It also eliminates all fears. And, if you live a life with purpose, you’ll never be bored. 6. RELATIONSHIPS ARE EVERYTHING IN LIFE: You can always improve your connection to your loved ones. They teach us to become better people – to become the best possible version of ourselves and remind us what’s worth fighting for. They are also our biggest fans during our ups and supporters during our down moments. And, if they are family, God had his reasons for picking them – so don’t disappoint him. 7. MAKE PEACE WITH YOUR PAST so it won’t disturb your present. Own your mistakes. At the end of the day, every decision you make, even the bad ones, are your responsibility. Nobody wins when you start looking for someone to blame, so stop looking and keep moving. Forward movement is the key. You will have bad days, and more than your fair share of failures. But, it’s really about getting back on your feet, dusting yourself off, and getting on with this business of living. That’s the Big Secret of Life. You fall down, you get up. 8. WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK OF YOU: is none of your business. Live in such a way, that if someone spoke badly of you, no one would believe it. Don’t succumb yourself to a world where you are constantly consumed with always wondering what people think. What matters most – is what you think of yourself and if your projecting a life that you are proud of. Being invisible and successful is the ultimate power. True recognition is beholden only inside your core, the rest in the end is just temporary noise. Darkness does exist at times, but do not dwell there. Light also exists, from within. Keep it ignited, it wins. 9. BE AUTHENTIC. Too many people try to fake who they really are and that will disappoint you. At the end of the day, it’s about who the inner you is and what you contribute to society. Have your filter on. Always surround yourself with people who want you to succeed. That seems simple on the surface, but until you get out there, in the real world, you will discover that most people are rooting for you to fail. Stay away from them. Authenticity is hard to find. But, when you do find it, hold on to it. As someone once said, “Fame is vapor, popularity an accident, riches take wing, but only character endures.” 10. FORGIVE. Most people believe in revenge, but I’ve realized that’s just negative energy that precludes happiness. We all run into people in our lives that test us, use us, hurt us or even disappoint us, but revenge doesn’t serve a purpose. God’s Karma takes care of that, and if your lucky he’ll let you watch it whenever that happens. But, focus on letting go and forgiveness. Go as far as, praying for anyone that might have hurt you. At the end of the day, we are all characters of a complicated universe. Why complicate it further by letting vengeance devour your day. If you forgive, you learn and move on. Never regret a single character in your journey. If they weren’t part of your destination, they were just preparation. Ignore the world. Keep doing you. And, eventually it will have no option but to revere what you do best. Life is just a big empty canvas. You create your own art. And, then you decide how to turn it into a masterpiece. Close your eyes and think with your soul. Dream Big. Dream of Greatness. Dream of what defines happiness. Then figure the path that will lead you there, while knowing the difference you are going to make. Read more at http://www.chahal.com/the-happiness-startup-rules-to-live-by#x237aMS0wqkMyMK8.99

Lifestyle Design---Day 20
dymseu 2014-3-6 11:13
3/5/2014Wednesday 10:14:02 PM LifestyleDesign---Day 20 My lifein the United States It'sthe middle of the week. How'syour day going? Even if today seems like just a regular day, I still enjoy it. Today’s MorningNourishment I enjoy: Rev.2:13-15 I know where you dwell, where Satan's throne is... But I have afew things against you, that you have some there who hold the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the sons of Israel, toeat idol sacrifices and to commit fornication. In the same way you also havesome who hold in like manner the teaching of the Nicolaitans. Anotherthing which chars the wick is worldliness. Pergamos (Rev. 2:12-17) speaks ofthe marriage of the church with the world. The Lord again steps in to trim thewick. We are living in a worldly world. No matter where you live, in the cityor in the countryside, whenever you turn on the TV, walk along in the street…Theworld is spreading worldliness ... All this worldliness, symbolized byPergamos, must be trimmed away. Only Lord can overcome the worldliness. EnjoyLord as our daily Manna is the way for us to conquer the worldliness. A portionof manna was preserved in a golden pot concealed in the Ark (Exo. 16:32-34;Heb. 9:4). The open manna was for the Lord's people to enjoy in a public way;the hidden manna, signifying the hidden Christ, is a special portion reservedfor His overcoming seekers, who overcome the degradation of the worldly church. While the church goes the way of the world, these overcomers come forward toabide in the presence of God in the Holy of Holies, where they enjoy the hiddenChrist as a special portion for their daily supply... If we seek the Lord, overcome the degradation of the worldly church, and enjoy aspecial portion of the Lord today, He as the hidden manna will be a reward tous in the coming kingdom. (Rev. 2:17, footnote 2) May Lord shine on me, remove all the worldliness in me. I have worldliness in me Lord, I cannot conquer it. Lord I just need you. Lord You keeps my heart always true to You. Never backsliding, always viewing You, a heart that is pure thatsees only You, a heart that loves You and treasures only You. Lord I love You. What should be improved today: Should I stick to attending the seminars that do nothing to me, besides wasting the precious time…I should not haveattend the seminar this afternoon, but since I have to sign in, I finally made aconcession. So the timewas wasted, instead of spending it on more important task…Nexttime, I may only attend seminars that only valuable for me. What new life hacks learnt today: Once you have mastered time, you will understand how true it is that most people overestimate what they canaccomplish in a year – and underestimate what they can achieve in a decade!” –Tony Robbins 30 DayTrials — Try something new for 30 days . Want to grow your capabilities, learn something new, or change a habit or adopt a new one? Just tryit for 30 days. Whether you do it as a 30 Day Challenge, or a 30 Day Trial, ora 30 Day Improvement Sprint, there is power when you get time on your side, andtake a small action each day. 1 Timothy 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be a pattern to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity. 4:13 Until I come, attend to the public reading, to the exhortation, to the teaching. 4:14 Do not neglect the gift which is in you, which was given to you by means of prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery. 4:15 Practice these things; be in them, that your progress may be manifest to all. Lifestyle Design---Day 19

Tuesday,March 04, 2014 Lifestyle Design---Day 19 My life in the United States Because we do not regard the things whichare seen but the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen aretemporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. -------2 Corinthians 4:18 Today’s Morning Nourishment I enjoy: Exo. 30:7 And Aaron...every morningwhen he dresses the lamps... 27:20 And you shall command thechildren of Israel to bring to you pure oil of beaten olives for the light, tomake the lamps burn continually. What is the nature of Christ’s priestlyspeaking? In the Old Testament we saw the lampstand in the tabernacle. Every morning these lamps were trimmed by having their charred wicks snuffed(Exo. 30:7), as well as were kept supplied with oil. To trim is to cut of thecharred ends which would no longer burn brightly, and to add oil is to supplywhat is needed. In Revelation 2 and 3, Christ was trimming the seven lampstands, cutting away those things which were not needed and whichfrustrated the shining, supplying the oil which was needed and which would makethe lampstands burn brightly. I need Christ’s “trimming” and ”supplying”.Every day, in every situation, I should open my heart to Lord Jesus, turn toHim, let Him trim away all the black, charred and dark concepts or thoughts inmy mind, my emotion, my will and my heart. Praise the Lord, He not only step in and trim all the things that hinder God’s economy, but also supplying me with the “oil”, that is the Holy Spirit, Jesus Christ Himself. With these trimmingand supplying, the outer man decays, yet the inner man is being renewed day byday. In this evening class, Lord trimmed away the laziness thoughts in my mind, He cheers me up. Facing the coming projectand lots of homework, I feel a little bit unrest, but when I pray to Him,telling Him my inner feeling, my uneasiness was trimmed away by Lord, and He supplied me with His strength and power. Hallelujah, praise the Lord for His“trimming” and “supplying”! What should be improved today: Oh, I was confused with the currently languages…When I met my Turkey friend, we had a short communication together, but when I encounter the Spanish guy, I cannot even remember a Spanish word, not to say greet him with Spanish…The first word come to me is Turkish, “Merhaba”…Lord Jesus, should I focus only on one language currently or still be so aggressive learning four at the same time…But I love them…May Lord speaks to me, I need Your answer, dear Lord. Or, Lord Jesus, I need You learning these languages together with me. It might sound obvious, but the more we use our brain, the better its going to perform for us. What new life hacks learnt today: F.O.C.U.S. Follow one course until success! It is easy to get distracted, to throw in the towel, or to become interested in the nextgreat thing and ditch what you initially set out to do. Simply focus on the onenew skill at hand until you get it done… Praise the Lord, He gives me theanswer about the above question. That’s is to say, I have to focus on only anew language currently. So, I’ll choose Turkish. Praise the Lord! 2 Corinthians 4:16 Therefore we do not lose heart; but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. 4:17 For our momentary lightness of affliction works out for us, more and more surpassingly, an eternal weight of glory Must Do Tasks in the Coming Week Num. Lifestyle Design---Day 18
dymseu 2014-3-4 11:23
3/2/2014 Monday 10:11:23 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 18 My life in the United States How's your day going? Today’s Morning Nourishment I enjoy: Heb. 7:25 Hence also He is able tosave to the uttermost those who come forward to God through Him, since He livesalways to intercede for them. Rev. 1:16 ...And out of His mouthproceeded a sharp two-edged sword... 2:1 ...These things says He who holdsthe seven stars in His right hand, He who walks in the midst of the sevengolden lampstands. clearly depicts Christ asour High Priest, ministering of Himself and of the divine nature and life intous. This ministry of the priestly service is accomplished mainly by His speaking.Christ's heavenly priesthood is a speaking ministry. Oh, Lord Jesus, speaks tome every day, Lord You speaks in every case according to my situation. Yourspeaking is both practical and equipping. Lord Jesus, speaks to me in whateverI’m doing, do what I do you Love? Do I see what You do want me to see? Do I talktoo much, oh Lord Jesus, You speaks to me. According to what You sees, Youspeaks to me. Lord I praise You are the living speaking one, Lord only Yourspeaking is what I need. Do what others speaks to me heart my feeling? Oh,Lord, I only care what you speaks to me! Only Your speaking counts. Lord, Yourspeaking is actually the real priestly service. Your speaking is Your serving,Your shepherding, Lord may I treasure what You speak to me, may I pay attentionto what You speaks to me! Lord Jesus, may Your word become the lamp to my feetAnd a light to my path. Lord I love You! What should be improved today: Actually, today I could have been morewatchful. Don't take things for granted. Try to train your brain and memory ineverything you do, and try to learn from the people you meet, the person youtalk, the books you read, the ads you see, everything is a source you can learnsomething from…Again, do not take things for granted, treasure your time, yourenergy, treasure whatever you have. What new life hacks learnt today: The simplest way to help yourself rememberwhat you see is very simple: Repetition! For example, say you just met someone new. “Hi,my name is George” Don’t just respond with, “Nice to meet you”. Instead, say,“Nice to meet you George.” Got it? Good. I am greeting with the coming Spring Break, but before that, I have to greet the coming two exams first, March 10 th and March 13 rd respectively. So this week’s mainly task will focuson reviewing text books and accomplishing homework, as well as daily researchwork. Lifestyle Design---Day 16
dymseu 2014-3-2 11:36
3/1/2014 Saturday 10:26:40 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 16 My life in the United States Praise the Lord, He gives me a new month! Forgetting the things which are behind and stretching forward tothe things which arebefore! And it is time to try something new. Now start from my daily blog~ Today’s Morning Nourishment I enjoy: Rev. 1:16-18 ...Out of His mouthproceeded a sharp two-edged sword; and His face shone as the sun shines in its power. And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead; and He placed His righthand on me, saying, Do not fear; I am the First and the Last and the living One; and I became dead, and behold, I am living forever and ever; and I have the keys of death and of Hades. In verse 18 the Lord also said, I have the keys of death and of Hades. Due to the fall and sin of man, death came in and is now working on earth to gather up all the sinful people. However,in the church life today weare no longer subject to death and Hades! Christ abolished death on the cross and overcame Hades in His resurrection. Although Hades tried its best to hold Him, it was powerless to do it (Acts 2:24). With Him, death has no sting and Hades has no power ...In the church life, the keys of death and Hades are in His hand. But that does not mean that it is possible for us to deal with death; we simply do not have the ability to handle it.Whenever death enters, it will deaden many. Always remember only Christ has the keys of deathand Hades! Death is subject to Him and Hades is under His control. So, if we want to overcome death, we need be oneness with Christ, giving the Lord Jesus the ground, the opportunity, and the free way to move and act among us, both death and Hades will be under His control. Hallelujah! I think we can’t understand where we areunless we know how we got here. What should be improved today: Nearly spend the whole day doing the PMS homework…Really tough and time consuming tasks! Not fully focused on it, distracted from others things once in a while. Need more concentration and patience. What new life hacks learnt today: A new month start, it is time to set new goals. One of the goals I set for myself is to learn something new every day.So start from today----The Pomodoro Technique. Pomodoro Technique, created in the 1980s by Francesco Cirillo, is a very useful time management philosophy, which aims at providing the user with maximum focus and creative freshness, thereby allowing them to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue. The concept of the Pomodoro Technique is very simple: write down a task, work on that task for 25 minutes without interruption, then take a break for five minutes. It takes the pressure off the task, and discourages multitasking. The goal is to pace the user through the task, while still maintaining progress. This method also enables user to concentrate without distractions, and encourages deep thinking! I'll try it in the following days and record the progress. 23:1 Jehovah is my Shepherd; I will lack nothing. 23:2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside waters of rest. 23:3 He restores my soul; He guides me on the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. 23:4 Even though I walk Through the valley of the shadow of death, I do not fear evil, For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, They comfort me. 23:5 You spread a table before me In the presence of my adversaries; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. 23:6 Surely goodness and loving kindness will follow me All the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of Jehovah For the length of my days. 2/28/2014 Friday 10:13:59 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 15 My life in the United States Rev. 1:15-16 And His feet were like shining bronze, as having been fired in a furnace; and His voice was like the sound of many waters. And He had in His right hand seven stars... Dan. 10:6 ...His arms and His feet like the gleam of polished bronze, and the sound of His words like the sound of a multitude. Both the lampstands and the stars are forshining in the night. A lampstand representing a local church is a collectiveunit, whereas a star representing a messenger of a local church is an individual entity. In the dark night of the church's degradation, there is the need of the shining both of the collective churches and of the individual messengers. As Christ walks among the churches, He holds the leading ones inHis right hand. The leading ones must praise Him that they are in His hands and that He is holding them. Since the leading ones are in His hands, there is no need for them to shrink back, to be weak, or to be mistaken. Christ truly takesthe responsibility for His testimony. Praise the Lord, we are not only in His heart, also in His hands! How comforting this is! Lord Jesus, may You make me a shining star! Shining in any dark situations! Praise the Lord, successfully finished the draft paper, the final version will be sent before next Friday! The coming March will be a real challenge. The first two weeks Lord will lead me through two midterm exams, structural dynamics and soil engineering, on March 10 th and March 12 nd respectively. In the following ten days should mainly focus on course review, including textbooks, homework. At the middle of this month, there will be three major homework due, and a group project should make a big jump. Learning a foreign language is possible for most people. All it takes is willingness, work and method. Still keep going at Spanish, Turkish, and,Korean. Be able to master perfectly the basics of small talk in 30 days. As for English, never be satisfied with being understood, but strive to speak as well as a local! Lifestyle Design---Day 14
dymseu 2014-2-28 11:16
2/27/2014 Thursday 10:11:50 PM Lifestyle Design---Day 14 My life in the United States Hola, Buenas noches! Es difícil aprender un nuevo idioma, pero lo disfruto mucho. Rev. 1:13-14 And in the midst of the lampstands One like the Son of Man,...girded about at the breasts with a goldengirdle. And His head and hair were as white as white wool, as snow; and His eyes were like a flame of fire. Dan. 7:9 I watched until thrones were set, and the Ancient of Days sat down. His clothing was like white snow, and the hair of His head was like pure wool; His throne was flames of fire, itswheels, burning fire. Praise the Lord, in Revelation 1:14, we see that Christ’s eyes are as a flame of fire.... This is for Him to observe and search in His judging by enlightening. His eyes are for watching, observing, searching, judging by enlightening, and infusing. We must experience all thesedifferent aspects of His eyes, especially the aspect of infusing. His eyesinfuse us with all that He is. In today’s road test, Lord’s eyes infuse me with all His rest and peace. I failed in the road test, but I gained Lord Himself. During the driver's test, I was praying to the Lord, telling Him I'm nervous, since I did not know the situation in the test center, and I don'tknow what'll happen in the test, I just need Him. Lord calmed me down, I feel He is with me. Though I still failed, but Lord knows the time, and “He causes all things work together”. Many times the Lord comes to us with His piercing eyes....When I was complaining, the shining eyes of Christ were upon me. His shining stopped my negative thoughts. I did not give the whole preparation process to Lord, I felt it a burden in me,causing me pressure. I'm not fully restful. Now, Lord releases me. “Learn tolean without the anxiety on the Lord from the within, this is a very crucial but difficult lesson we all have to experience sooner or later.” By the way, I still need more practice, just as the examiner told me, Yangmin, you need more practice…practice, practice… ….But then again, the test does not cost any money, I do not care how many times I will fail…It is just a matter of time and practice… I do not need a car either currently…All are in the Lord’s hands, and Lord only has one purpose that He wants to work Himself into me!Just open to the Lord in any situations! 2/22/2014 Saturday 9:38:35 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Nine My life in the United States Welcome to day 9! 화이팅 !(means come on in English) John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us (and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only Begotten from the Father), full of grace and reality. 14:23 Jesus answered and said..., If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make an abode with him. Praise the Lord, He leads me through theday. I feel rest and peace in Him. I enjoy tonight’s small group meeting. At the beginning, I felt alone and tired, I even intended to go back in advance. But when I turn to Him, by telling Him my inward feeling, I felt relieved! Lord speaks to me tonight. He attracted me by His Love. He comforts me to stay there, and telling me what I should share inthe gathering. His love is beyond expression. I just attracted by Lord’s love. I’m drawn by Him in His sweetness. Lord, I love You, not only because what You have done to me, but because whom You are. Lord, may I love You more and more each day. Oh, it seems may writing speed should best rengthened by Lord. At the end of the day, I have limited time to share more… If you are learning Korea, I suggest you the following, it will take 15 minutes but will be worth it.

2/21/2014 Friday 10:10:27 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Eight My life in the United States Time goes by so quickly, now comes to the eighth day! Gel! (the same as come on in English) John 2:19 Jesus answered and said tothem, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 21-22 But He spoke of the temple ofHis body. When therefore He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesushad spoken. In John 2, we first see the Lord performed a sign, changing the water into wine, where the principle of life was set forth. The principle of life is to change death into life. Now, in John 2:19,the dealing with the temple, the purpose of life is shown. The purpose of lifeis to build the house of God. The principle of life is for the purpose oflife... These two points govern the whole Gospel of John....Life is for the building. Life is for the church. It is for the building of the church, HisBody and God's house, that the Lord has come to be our life. (Life-study ofJohn, pp. 86-88) What do you think Christian life is? Go tothe church? Preach the gospel? Read the bible, pray or sing a psalm? These arenot the Christian life the Bible reveals to us. O Our living as Christians is simply a matter of the changing of death into life for the building up of the mystical Body of Christ. The entire Christian life consists of two matters: changing death intolife and building up the mystical Body of Christ. This is the proper, genuine, and complete Christian life. (The Fulfillment of the Tabernacle and the Offerings in the Writings of John, p. 54) This semester is really tough for me, still three courses, 9 research credits, and lots of time consuming homework, besidesresearch…Sometimes, I even feel like giving up, and there are times despair prevailed in my mind. There is death in the air…But, praise the Lord, He is theOne can change death into life. I don’t complain that I am burdened with my courses; I have too much research work to do. I just pray to the Lord, turn to Him, and work together with Him, let Him come to my heart, and change the death into life. This is all the Christian life I should have, and this is the daily experience I need. Güle Güle (Bye in English)

2/20/2014 Thursday 9:36:57 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Seven My life in the United States Day Seven, Animo (means come on in English) ! John 11:25 Jesus said..., I am theresurrection and the life; he who believes into Me, even if he should die, shall live. 14:2 In My Father's house are manyabodes; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a placefor you. Many people today live in a physical place, superficially, they live in a house, but their heart has no peace and rest. Theyare wondering around in the world. Just like the younger son in Luke 15:11-32: But thanks for the Lord’s mercy. He came toseek us, and brought us to the Father’s house. Once we’re dead, but now we cometo life, nonce we’re lost, but now we have been found. Praise the Lord, we’re nolonger homeless. We are living in the Father's house, the Church is the Father’shouse, a divine and human incorporation of the processed and consummated Godconstituted with His redeemed, regenerated, and transformed elect. That’s is tosay, the Father's house is not only a constitution—it is an incorporation. Itis not a physical place but a living composition of all of the living, redeemedones in God, through the Spirit, having Christ as their life. May the Lord reveal more and more to meconcerning this building. Lord Jesus, keep me in the Fathers’ house, keep meliving in the reality of the Father’s house. Lord Jesus, give me the experienceI need daily, so that I can experience You as life. In my last post, I plan to learn Spanish, Turkish, and Korean, besides English. Why I choose these language first? Aha, the topreason is that I have friends from Turkey, Korea, and Spain around me. Today ismy first day learning Spanish. Pretty much fresh and excited! No time to share more, the computer is turning off according to the schedule... Psalms 90:10 The days of our years are seventy years, Or, if because of strength, eighty years; But their pride is labor and sorrow, For it is soon gone, and we fly away. 2/19/2014 Wednesday 11:58:43 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Six My life in the United States Oh, almost at the end of the day… This afternoon I attended the Dean's Distinguished Lecture:Ramsey Homsany, ENG'97 Title of Lecture: What I wish I knew when I was an engineering undergrad Ramsey Homsany, ENG’97 is general counsel of Dropbox,Inc., the San Francisco-based file synching, sharing, and hosting service. Whyhe is special, just a little background of him. He were a Chemical and Biochemical Engineering major at the School of Engineering. He realized by senior year that he didn’t want to be a practicing engineer. Aha he said he was a science/math junkie, so it was a big leap for him to go to law school at NewYork University, but he wanted to explore the other side of his brain (we arein common….) I summarized the secrets behind his success: 1, work hard; 2, have passion in solving complicated problems; 3, willingness to take risks; 4, aim-directed, “ask yourself this question, every morning when you wake up: what I am going to do today? Do these things contribute to my aims? At last minute, he answered my question, what really caught my attention is that he mentioned if you want to be greatest, you have to work with greatest. ........................................................................................................................................................................................... Also, this evening spend an hour revising mycurrent timetable, great work (see attached), I’ll stick to it, tomorrow is a new day. Lord I love You ! Lifestyle Design---Day 5
dymseu 2014-2-19 12:38
2/18/2014 Tuesday 11:31:32 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Five My life in the United States Today is really very busy…Finished the first assignment of Soil Engineering, determined the project topic, revised a draft paper, and took a three hour course, even talked with five guys with different nationalities. Learned some new phases in their talk: He is a tough teacher(the guy comes from Virginia, I am not quite clear about his hometown…)…My project is under development (Milad, the guy from Iran…He is the first guy I know from Iran, a country…)…You can join us, we can have a time to meet (Victor, the Spanish guy, Aha, I have to grasp the opportunity to learn some Spanish…).,I already seen your potential (Emre, a friend from Turkey. He said he saw the potential in me to be a Professor… aha, really? It's absolutely impossible...I have no interest towards research, pretty boring, hitherto, it’s what I figured… ), Would you like this…(Aha, the Indian Phd,next to give me some chocolate, I was wondering whether it is from India….Anyhow, tastes good)… Thanks to the Lord, He leads me, guides me, and directs me in all these things. Just as today’s morning nourishment says: Lord Jesus, is our good Shepherd, who is life to us. We should not be we should not be directed by anything outward but instead should be directed inwardly by Christ who is life to us. This Christ is our Shepherd, our Guide.(The Fulfillment of the Tabernacle and the Offerings in the Writings of John,p. 257) Recommend a resource to help you track your progress and to motivate you. At www.dontbreakthechain.com, you can sign up for a digital version of a “Don’tBreak the Chain” calendar (This is based upon a motivation technique purportedly used by Jerry Seinfeld). Once you signed up, you can search for the Google gadget, Don’t Break theChain. Time was cracking on, that’s all for today, I'm ready to sack out…Good night.

LifestyleDesign---Day 4

2/17/2014 Monday 9:44:22 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Four Mylife in the United States Welcome to day 4! John10:10-11 The thief does not come except to steal and kill and destroy; Ihave come that they may have life and may have it abundantly. I am the goodShepherd; the good Shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. The Gospel of John is a book of life, and the life is simply the Triune God Himself.Life always has an issue. All Living things bring forth fruit. Surely the divinelife will have a divine result. Lord Jesus, did I bear a spiritual fruit today?May Your life gain in me more and more each day, Lord Jesus. Nearly spend the whole day finishing the assignment of structural dynamics, a tough task! Anyhow, thanks Lord, He leads me through. Read a wonderful article this evening, just think about the following statements: “The average person, in as little as three to five years, can become recognized as aworld-class expert in a topic of his or her choice just by focusing on the subject for one hour a day.” The Productivity Handbook, Donald E. Wetmore. Sound a little far-fetched, right? But we always underestimate the effect of small steps, such as an hour a day, since we fail to see the big picture, the cumulative effect. An hour a day, is 350 hours a year. Surely an hour won’t make one an expert in anything, but anhour for a year will make a difference. As I read this, I am relating the statement to my future challenge, the rest of mylife. This is Day 4 of my commitment to post to the blog in English. Actually, the real “challenge” to myself is not somuch in the “blogging” as it is in the “Communicating.” I want to be competent in academic knowledgeand English communication. I should be seeing or feeling a sense of momentum bynow in my English. I have spent far morethan an hour a day on English. So after 30days or 365 days, am I picking up skill in my English? Can I see expertise as a counselor in myfuture? Yes or no? Up to now, I have just been winging it one day at a time. Sometimes I sit down with a vague notion of what I plan to write about, and sometimes I wondering around, should I first learnt how to write first, maybe start with somereading? But knowing and doing are two different things. I am having to learn to just “go for it,” to write anything just come to my mind, not write like a celebrated writer at the keyboard, maybe someday ;-). Just start with a few sentences, think about it, backspace, rewrite, read again, backspace, and revise, and so on. I really enjoy the writing process… 6 Simple Steps to Strategic Innovative Thinking:

Lifestyle Design---Day 3
dymseu 2014-2-17 11:40
2/16/2014 Sunday 10:41:25 PM Lifestyle Design---Day Three My life in the United States “I’ve found that small wins, smallprojects, small differences often make huge differences.” – Rosabeth Moss Kanter Now comes the third day, small wins, well done! Try to hang on and I already see the differences! Today is Lord’s Day. I am not fully enjoyed in the gathering, may Lord forgive me. The past week is totally busy, and my daily schedule was thrown out…Many things were distracting me from Life. “That He would grant you, according to theriches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit into theinner man,” (Ephesians 3:16) The coming week will still remain challenge. May Lord grant me His daily grace! Lord Jesus, at the end of theweek, I still turn to You, and I consecrate the coming week to You, Lord Jesus, the week is Yours, Lord You lead me walk in the path of life, no panic, nocomplain, no excuse, no delay, no negative thought. Besides, finishing the daily schedule, four major tasks in the following week is: Revise the draft paper for adviser toreview---due on Friday; Discuss the project topic with group member----dueon Tuesday; Complete the assignments of three coursesand review structural dynamics and soil engineering, make up quite a lot ofleeway, other you’ll fall behind-----Saturday Start the first road test practice with David, at least two hours! Come on, the test is inthe next week. Getting results in today’s landscape is noteasy, and sometimes may tough. The worldchanges faster than we can keep up. Evenworsen is that we don’t always have the best practices for focus, managing ourtime, managing our energy, or even our personal productivity. Matt Cutts, asoftware engineer in Google, may give you some assistance with how to manageyour life more efficient. http://www.ted.com/talks/matt_cutts_try_something_new_for_30_days.html Also, in the book, Unlimited Power: The New Science of Personal Achievement, TonyRobbins shares the keys to getting whatever you want, by asking moreeffectively. According to Tony Robbins here are the steps get whatever youwant: Ask specifically Ask someone who can help you Create value for the person you’re asking Ask with focused, congruent belief Ask until you get what you want

Lifestyle Design-----Day 1
热度 1 dymseu 2014-2-15 12:57
My life in the United States 2/14/2014 Friday 11:55:21 PM New Year, new atmosphere, new goals! Come on man! “So then if anyone is in Christ, he is anew creation. The old things have passed away; behold, they have become new.” (Corinthians5:17) Here we are at the beginning of a new year.Another opportunity to look backwards and learn, another chance to look forward and stretch. “I do not account of myself to have laidhold; but one thing I do: Forgetting the things which are behind and stretchingforward to the things which are before” (Philippians 3:13) Time was cracking on, seven months had gone, since I first arrived in the United States on August, 20th ,2013. One of the most important things I learned is that if you want to survivehere, language is the first obstacle you have to overcome. The truth is my English hasn’t been greatly improved in the last months. Pretty rubbish at the beginning, somewhat frustrating… “And looking upon them, Jesus said to them,With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew19:26) So, it is never too late to clear up thepast and begin resolution! Good language environment, learning methodand enough time absolutely count, but, my experience tells, practice, eventually, makes perfect. My challenge in this following days is—youguessed it—to be fluent in English. Start from now, practice in trifles and details, read extensively, speak and read more and grasp language rules of English proficiently and even blog in English, and that’s my first English blog! For the world, I am determined to complete the thing. You’ll hear more about it as I see the end in sight. Good nigth, tomorrow is another day ! I'm looking forward to it !
