ICWREE is jointly organized by the IEEE Beijing section and Southwest University of Science and Technology. Participants are encouraged submitting full papers describing original and unpublished research work. All full papers need to be critical reviewed through usual peer reviewing process by independent referees. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE and indexed by EI compendex .
