转基因技术是自 1953 年美英学者发现 DNA 双螺旋结构后继 1973 年首例转基因大肠杆菌技术之后逐步发展起来,从其年龄来看,应该属于高新技术类,发展前景看好。 转基因作物技术研究及生产应用发展迅猛,可以从美国 ISAAA(International Service for the Acquisition of Agri-biotech Applications) 全称为农业生物技术应用国际服务机构的掌门人那里得到详细的统计数据。这是一个强大的中介组织,经常在全世界范围内对转基因作物的研究和策略方面进行活动,其掌门人 Clive James 其本质是一个间谍头子。 普通民众常常在激烈的口水战中被搞得一头雾水,到底是向左还是向右?不知道。哀叹国民被转基因,成了做试验的小白鼠,我们不能吃,不能要,坚决抵制。 有人说,我们已经搞了十几年的科学论证,已经走在了世界先进行列,必须抓住机遇,抢占发展龙头,对政府部门的决策者进行鼓动和游说。 黄大昉,方舟子,薛达元,蒋高明,贾士荣,张志涛,张启发,袁隆平,朱祯等一个个科学家、院士被各类媒体推向前台,孟山都,先正达,丰乐种业一家家公司进入寻常百姓视野,超市里的油、豆奶粉也比原来多了一块标识,本品为非转基因产品,并成为一大卖点。 无利不起早 。这年头,全社会重商主义泛滥。有言论 教授摇唇鼓舌,四处赚钱,越来越像商人,商人现身讲坛,著书立说,越来越像教授, 虽不全然,却反映出很多事情背后的本质 惟利也! 转基因技术之应用则尤为如此,背后牵涉到诸多的商业利益。首先,绿色和平组织的利益与种子公司的利益,科学家参加股份和科研项目等经费利益分配,专利技术的转让和使用利益分配。争论到这的时候,原本争论的科学核心问题就转向了经济问题甚至是政治问题,或者是隐私?抑或是信息共享?再深入下去,就开始接近道德或者公平的问题,问题也就结束了,但是还是没有结果。
