Submit online now. Judges for the Student Poster Competition We are seeking scientists, engineers, professors, and other professionals to judge the Student Poster Competition. Poster judges receive a deeply discounted meeting registration rate ($110) and have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the nation and around the world. Moreover, they help mentor the next generation of scientists and engineers. The judging is broken down into two sessions on Saturday, 16 February (1 p.m.-3 p.m. and 3 p.m.-5 p.m.). To sign up to be a poster judge, please complete the Poster Judge Expertise Form. Student Session Aides Student Session Aides receive free meeting registration and are assigned as volunteers to sessions that are related to their studies or of interest to them. They will have the opportunity to listen to and meet leading scientists, educators, government leaders, and media personalities. Students who volunteer for 16 hours also receive a free year-long subscription to Science . Please let interested students know that Student Session Aide registration is online now.
