国际应用系统分析学会(International Institute of Applied System Analysis, IIASA)是非政府组织的研究机构,中国于2002年加入成为其会员国,并由国家自然基金委员行使相关权力。IIASA是一家主要从事政策导向型研究国际性科研机构。通过系统分析和模拟去解决一些由于过于庞大和复杂而不能由某一个国家或某一个学科单独解决的科学问题, 一直是该所致力发展的方向。IIASA 的发展经过了 4 个阶段。第一个 10 年侧重于发现和提高系统分析方法对所有社会面对的复杂问题的应用,使其成为世界复杂性研究的领导者,一个重要代表作为《Energy in a Finite World》 ,此书对全球长期能源做出预测。第二个10年更多地转向环境领域,建立了区域酸雨模型(RAINS) 。第三个阶段IIASA 进行了战略性调整,重新确定了三大研究主题:全球环境变化; 全球经济及技术转型; 分析全球问题的系统方法。 期间成功的研究有东欧经济转型, 全球人口分析预测, 土地利用等。 IIASA现在的三大研究主题为:能源与技术,环境与自然资源,人口与社会。IIASA所倡导的解决实际问题的多学科研究方法并致力于推动长久的国际友谊和专业合作。IIASA自成立以来为相关国家提供了丰富的基于系统分析的政策建议,开发了广泛的国际合作网络,并成为世界上培养卓越科学家的摇篮(多位研究人员荣获诺贝尔奖)。 潘基文访问IIASA 这个房间估计是贵宾会客厅,貌似从来没进去过,颇有皇家范 湖边的古堡 桥上的武士,静静守护了数百年 湖上泛舟 古堡一角 另一个角度拍的古堡 通往古堡的摆渡船
