敛财性 OA 期刊知多少？ 诸平 本人在“ 开放存储期刊的论文质量值得怀疑 ”博文中简要介绍了 John Bohannon 自己杜撰了一篇论文，然后经过改头换面，分别投向304种不同的OA期刊，令人感到遗憾的是竟然有157种OA期刊同意接收发表之事为《 科学》（Science ）杂志撰文—— Who's Afraid of Peer Review? 随后有人讨论了对于开放存储期刊（open-access journals，OA期刊）的一些看法：无论是OA运动的宣传者，或者是一般常见舆论，都是声称OA期刊是未来发展的方向，OA期刊将要取代传统期刊。而传统期刊对于OA期刊的评价是：“OA期刊已经扎下根来（here to stay)”；也就是说，传统期刊承认OA期刊也是一种可行的学术期刊模式，出版商也认为OA期刊是一个新兴市场要抓住机会加紧开拓；但是对于OA期刊而言，如果从促进学术交流，扩大学术影响（提高被引频次）等方面，与传统期刊相比较，还是有一定的优势。OA运动宣传者宣称OA期刊是未来学术期刊发展方向主要可能是基于这一方面。现在冒出许多假期刊，打着OA的旗号，败坏了OA的名声。这可能是OA的发起者所始料未及的。我们应该支持OA，但必须抵制假期刊--抵制的是假期刊而非OA，不能把孩子和洗澡水一起倒掉。但是如何来判断假期刊，特别是一些貌似国际性的洋刊或者假冒洋出版机构，美国丹佛科罗拉多大学（University
