It is,however, no problem technically to extend the safety/safe definitions above toalso include intentional situations and events, as the risk concept does notdistinguish between intentional or not intentional, and absence of undesirableevents and consequences is also neutral in this respect. Nevertheless, it maybe attractive in some cases to highlight when security issues are addressed incontrast to accidental events, and then use the term ‘‘security’’.
