所有对信息服务产生变革性影响的技术,必定是深入影响到个体的技术,例如: 个人电脑:自上世纪 80 年代发端,号称 PC 的个人电脑沿 Intel 和 Motorola 两大主流 CPU 硬件核心及 Windows 和 Macintosh 两大主流 OS 软件基础发展,气吞山河般吸引着几乎每个人的精神,也彻底改变了服务业的运行方式。如今, PC 应用遍及社会生活各个层面和各个角落,人类已经进入没有 PC 就不能工作的时代。 互联网: Internet 于上世纪 90 年代涌现,转眼 Web 兴起、 Search Engine 盛行,很快 Internet/Intranet 成为社会交流的中枢神经,网络末梢渗透到几乎所有人群, Web 信息紧扣人们眼球,蔓延的网络上挂满电脑,电脑面前则是一个个瞪大眼睛的人脑,人们被这些挂在网上的电脑吸走财富、精力和时间,服务业的运营模式也随之变革。如今,网络波及到每一个人,没有网络的生活已经成为历史。 手机:谁会想到世纪之交时还很笨重的大哥大,转眼进化成了小巧玲珑的个性化手机 ? 而今人手一机已是现代社会的风景,积少成多的短信资费成了盈利支柱,信息服务借助手机把营销推送到个人,正在再次改写服务历史。 2.0 : 2005 年开始风靡全球的 2.0 以用户主导、互动服务、开源分享等理念主导技术演进,当 Wiki 、 Blog 、 Tag 等 2.0 技术风行世界, 2.0 服务伴随 2.0 理念深入人心,很快演变成席卷各行各业的 2.0 浪潮,目前存在的问题主要是没有形成有效的可持续发展模式。 个人阅读器:近年以 Amazon Kindle 和汉王电子书为代表的个人阅读器正快速兴起,不可小视这些面向个人用户的新一代 IT 技术产品具有的变革潜力,未来电子书很可能像 PC 或手机一样普及并很快改变我们的阅读形式与服务模式。 可以推断:即将全面影响包括图书资讯在内的信息服务的技术不是炒作过甚的云计算、框计算等,而是正在遍布世界的个人阅读器或电子书 补记:个人阅读器应是定位于 PC 和手机之间的 IT 技术产品:比 PC 功能减少而轻巧便宜,比手机宽大而适合阅读习惯,甚或保留 PC 和手机的某些功能,最近推出的 Apple iPad 也属此类产品。其能否流行的关键取决于市场定价,估计其主流产品的市场生存空间或流行价位应在 100-200USD 之间或 1000RBM 左右
