https://www.researchgate.net/post/About_researchers_and_information_on_modern_history_of_hydrology A bout researchers and information on modern history of hydrology Hello, Interested friends or colleagues， you have know or you maybe know, distinguished History of Hydrology(written by Dr. Asit K Biswas) had made wonderful discription( https://hepex.irstea.fr/history-of-hydrology-wiki-interview-with-keith-beven/）：“ A lot of the early history was summarized in the book on the History of Hydrology, written by Asit K Biswas (North-Holland, 1971) but only up to the end of the 19th Century. ”. So the work should be done for modern history of hydrology. Dr. Asit K Biswas told me(throught a colleague' oral inquiry) that he have no consideration to revise that book. I'm a college teacher and hydrologist in China. Recent years i am intrested in the topic about history of hydrology.I am intrested in reading about History of Hydrology(written by Biswas,Chinese translation version), story of hydrologists. Over China and abroad,the colleagues intrested in hystory maybe scarce. I wish to do some research work on history of hydrology. I Have searched and collected some materials and literature from internet. I have connected with Professor Keith Beven who created history of hydrology wiki(http://www.history-of-hydrology.net/mediawiki/index.php?title=Main_Page). I also connected with Professor Jason A. Hubbart,Professor Dan Rosbjerg,Professor Rafael L. Bras, who have made some contribution to History of Hydrology.Professor Rafael L. Bras had published A brief history of hydrology in 1999, Professor Dan Rosbjerg et al. just publish IAHS: A brief history of hydrology in 2019.
