Abstract The hybrid approach by combining organic– inorganic halide perovskite with semiconductor materials is considered as an effective route in improving photosensitivity and broader spectral response of the photodetector. Here, a photodetector based on hybrid organolead halide perovskite microwire arrays (CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 MAs)/single Cadmium Selenide nanobelt (CdSe NB) has been successfully fabricated and characterized for the first time by one-step methods combining thermal evaporation. The hybrid structure can promote the effective separation of the generated electron-hole pairs in photoluminescence and thus exhibits an amazing optoelectric performance. The photo-to-dark current ratio is as high as 2.152×10 3 , the responsivity, external quantum efficiency and photodetectivity are 69.11A/W, 11000% and 8.6×10 12 Jones, respectively. Besides, the rise and decay time of the device are 0.81ms and 0.77ms, respectively. The excellent optoelectronic properties compared to those of other CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 /semiconductor hybrids indicate CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 MAs/single CdSe NB hybrids are promising building blocks for optoelectronic applications.

The bifunctional MOFs were prepared in a way to integrate two signal tags and a detection probe. In the presence of target metal ions, the target metal ions can replace the framework metal-ion center in the original MOFs through an ion-exchange reaction, leading to ratiometric electrochemical signals under different applied potentials. One consisted of the Cu2+ signal generated from electroactive MOFs selected as internal reference signals. The other consisted of the signal induced by other target metal ions. Using the I-metal ions/ICu2+ signal as the output, the prepared ratiometric probe was able to eliminate disturbance caused by the sensing environment. Moreover, the large surface area and abundant active sites in MOFs produced a multiplex ratiometric electrochemical sensor with improved characteristics in terms of reproducibility, stability, and sensitivity. This type of human activity has been accompanied by environmental deterioration, especially water quality pollution, in Dianchi Lake, China's sixth largest freshwater lake. This study reveals that the urbanization process has led to land degradation over the past 30 years. First law of geography was introduced to analyze the effects of impervious surface area (ISA) expansion on the lake water environment. The results indicate that the ISA encompassed the lake and radiated outwards. Since the 1990s, approximately 35% of natural surfaces transformed to ISA, and the urban district density exploded from one in 2001 to four in 2017. The urban district area density exploded from 0.06% to 12.05% over the past 17 years. During the past 30 years, the growth rate of ISA exceeded 21 km 2 a −1 and even reached 38 km 2 a −1 between 2004 and 2017. The spatial pattern of lake water quality was determined by the spatial influences of ISA (G). Then the relationship between water quality indicators and G was analyzed, and the threshold between G and water quality was investigated using an exponential regression analysis method. The results of the correlation analysis indicated that a significant correlation exists between G and lake water quality; although the lake water quality showed a cyclical change, the G impact on the lake water quality was notable. This research proposed an effective method to calculate the spatial influence of the impervious surface on the water quality to reveal the effect of urbanization on the water environment quantitatively and helps us to enhance the understanding of ISA expansion impact on lake environment. Moreover, this research provides decision supports for the environmental protection and management of the lake and empirical evidence regarding urban development impacts on watershed planning. 11. Summary: Effects of carboxymethylation, hydroxypropylation and dual enzyme hydrolysis combined with heating on in vitro hypoglycemic properties of coconut cake dietary fiber (CCDF) were studied. Results showed that all the three modification methods could effectively improve ( p 0.05 ) the glucose‐\adsorption ability (GAA), glucose dialysis retardation index (GDRI), α‐\glucosidase and α‐\amylase inhibition activity of CCDF. The highest GAA (4.45–4.93 mM/g), GDRI (85.09%–86.94% mM/g) and α‐\glucosidase inhibition activity (16.39%–19.37%) were found on CCDFs modified by hydroxypropylation and carboxymethylation, attributed to the increased soluble dietary fiber content, viscosity and water retention and swelling capacity. Moreover, CCDF treated by enzymatic hydrolysis combined with heating demonstrated the highest α‐\amylase inhibition activity (53.95%), attributed to the high specific surface area, more porous surface structure and formation of fiber‐\amylase complex proved by fluorescence spectroscopy.
