梁建华 课题组 所在单位:北京理工大学生命学院药学系 招生学科:一级学科 药学(不考数学,考化学综合(含有机化学200分,分析化学100分) (考试大纲: http://www.bitkaoyan.com/thread-49931-1-6.html ) 考试题型 http://www.bitkaoyan.com/thread-56614-1-4.html) 招生学生:对新药研发有很强的兴趣,药物化学或有机化学背景,做事认真,喜欢思考,会查文献阅读文献(基本是英文),主动性强,有团队精神。有把通风橱前的奋斗化成医院的处方的冲动,以及搞不好研究睡觉都会思考的人优选;最不欢迎混学位,或者觉得读学位就是为导师干活的学生。 招生专业:1)化学工程与技术-生物化工;2)药学 联系: ljhbit@bit.edu.cn 研究方向: 1) 耐药性细菌感染被列为国家十大重大疾病,也是世界范围内的临床治疗难题。大环内酯类抗生素(红霉素、克拉霉素、阿奇霉素等)通过与细菌核糖体的 23S RNA 结合,阻断细菌蛋白质的合成释放通道达到抑菌作用。但细菌通过甲基化转移酶修饰抗菌靶点、外排泵蛋白泵出药物等方式获得耐药性。我们课题组通过 GOLD 和 Amber 等软件建模发现了药物与细菌 rRNA 的新作用靶点和新作用模式(与 Purdue 大学合作),并利用有机化学的新方法新技术修饰大环内酯分子,以增强与 rRNA 的结合力;通过体外、体内抗菌实验证明候选化合物的抗敏感菌和抗耐药菌活性(与北京大学医学部、协和医学院等合作)。我们目前的研究兴趣包括我们自己课题组命名的烃基内酯( alkylide )系列、以及热门的酮内酯( ketolide )和酰内酯( acylide )系列,当前设计的重点是多靶点抗菌分子。 2 )治疗老年痴呆病目前的靶点多有不足,我们课题组全合成天然产物来源的类似物,通过全新作用机制提供一条治疗老年痴呆病的新途径。 最近发表论文清单: 1.
