蒋高明 最近,北京大学生命学院院长饶毅教授,在某场合发表言论,将郎咸平、蒋高明、顾秀林等污蔑为阻碍中国科学进步的“学术骗子”,造谣说本人领导的科学团队在研究所倒数第二,说什么 我是不务正业,对转基因问题不不备发言资格,云云。 本人不敢称专家,也从未以专家自居。但是,笔者自1984年专业分科即从事植物生态学研究,转基因造成的最大问题恰好是引起生态环境的破坏,会造成农业与除草剂用量继续增加,因为该技术明显破坏了自然界的生态平衡,转基因食 品存在安全问题,也是从笔者的生态学专业知识出发提出质疑的,为什么到了饶毅眼里笔者就没有“资格”呢?难道只有自己既当运动员裁判又当裁判的专家自话自说才有资格吗? 当前在中国科学界,“言论比称美国”的专家是对SCI论文高度青睐的,即使如此,我组近年来发表的SCI业绩也不俗,如何在饶教授那里就变成“不务正业”呢? 关于食品安全、生态环境保护与城市生物物种入侵,笔者小组提出的若干建议,曾十数次获得国家领导人批示,一些建议被决策部门采纳,这些业绩在考核中是被算成零绩效的。即使如此笔 者针对研究所的严格考核,也是以优秀为主,其余年份为良好。 植物生理生态学创新研究组成立于 2001 年,在 Nature, Global Change Biology, Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews , Journal of Experimental Botany, Annuals of Botany, Agricultural and Forest Meteorology, AMBIO,科学通报等发表SCI文章73篇科学通报等发表研究论文 200 余篇,其中 SCI 收录论文 73 篇;出版专著 8 部。论文被包括 Nature 在内的国内外刊物 引用 1000 多次,引入西方学者 W.
