不管天高地厚,但愿天长地久 谈老年 年轻人就不必,若有几十位老者点击此文,就算我没白写此文了。 我是医生,平时还常写点建议、意见之类,退休二十年来,此习未改掉,毕竟同退休前还有点约束不一样,现遇到什么可抒发点个人想法的事,管它天高地厚,自己能量有多少,找点资料看看、想想,就浪漫地抒发开了。因为我有个信念:在海阔天空的思想世界里漫游,有时觉得有点累,但随后便倍感痛快,的确同游山玩水、欢歌笑语也没什么区别,甚至更觉得心情愉快,脉络通畅,想必此时体内的快乐激素血清素也会增加分泌,就称它为快乐思维吧。如此养生之道,你说能不使人天长地久、健康长寿? 下面讲一段关于水利的惬意漫想经历吧。前几年我从一份中国科学院主编的期刊(顶级水平)上读到一篇论述鸭绿江水西调的文章,令人注目。当前人们都专注于南水北调,而此文却别有新意地提出东水西调。作者很雄辩也很详细地论述了以鸭绿江水为引水源头,经旅顺出海,跨越渤海海峡(在其上建一座 105 公里 长的公路渡槽二用大桥!),于山东蓬莱登陆,再向西引,以解决鲁北及京津唐地区的严重缺水问题。在那非常干旱年份读了这一润泽之篇令人心情为之一振。说到水利我完全是白丁一个,什么也不懂,但这跨海大桥设想的提出却一下子强烈触动我的回忆: 10 多年前大连日报就曾登出一个消息说要在这同一海峡上建一座铁路公路两用大桥,从而在东部沿海建成我国第三条纵贯南北的铁路大通道,那是个非凡的世界级大工程!此刻这二条海上建桥信息突然同时不期而至,很自然一下子在我这闲置的头脑里产生了个不小的综合反应:干脆把铁路、公路、渡槽加一起建一座三用大桥怎样?这还真是个很有意义而引人入胜的现实问题呢!别说是天方夜谭,想得太天真,如此简单地加法难道不也是非常顺理成章,合乎逻辑?好,管它天高地厚,说干就干,写个建议!当作智能娱乐或大脑体操来排谴也不吃亏,至少不会惹乱子。于是盲人骑瞎马(自行车),天亮临深斋,先去大连图书馆扫了几个月的水利盲,这很必要,免得以后把话说得太离谱。为得到感性认识,还刹有介事亲临海峡去做现场视察!外行人看热闹是不费事的,等于游山玩水,其实那真是一次木偶奇遇记: 20 元的船票 5 小时航程即抵对岸蓬莱,除了看看海峡南北两岸码头及大海之外,还看到分布于海峡南部的一串岛屿庙岛群岛,据说大桥将跨越其上。视察欢快地结束,如此简单!那时到蓬莱时间还早,还干什么呢?想想守株待兔没意思,而闯一下也未必吃不到天上掉下的馅饼,于是索性直奔市政府,想了解一下情况,期待有所奇遇,谁知那门卫真是正襟危立,很严肃,说什么不让进,也恰是这一挡架使我寓得于失,以至后来确实得到了所需的信息,要不然就一无所获了。于是无奈就转身到了可自由进出的信访办公室。因已学了些水利知识,我俨然以大连水利专家的姿态向接待人员说明来意。他们一看此人不远彼岸而来,不谈个人恩怨,不来争工资待遇,而是谈水,谈公益之事,很乐于接待,因地处鲁北的蓬莱也是旱得要裂来了,有人要把水送来,岂不是不亦乐乎!我指着墙上的地图娓娓道来,人们也围拢来,对话题很感兴趣,此时突然有人递本书给我,一看,嗨!出乎意料,真是踏破布鞋无觅处,得来很容易!书名叫《天堑化通途》,这是 1993 年国家计委组织了十几位专家用了 8 个月的调研而写的关于在渤海海峡上建设铁路公路大桥(称南桥北遂)及轮渡的详细论证报告,共 100 多页,竟在此时此刻此地碰到此书绝对是始料未及,真是机遇属于有备者而来一点不假。我高兴得难于言表,大家也受到感染,有人冒出一句话:你要是把鸭绿江水引过来,我们全市人民为你庆功!。有幸我的伪装没露出马脚,兴奋之余,后经要求他们又很热情把我从后面通道领到市政府城建局,想再有所收获,但局负责人很平静地只说了两句:有那回事,现搁置了,再无话。走出大门时,门卫很惊讶并紧紧盯着 回来后我潜心读了这份权威之作,深为这个极其宏伟的超世界级海上工程的设想所震撼。但真没想到我还居然对在海上建渡槽的问题提出了异议:为保证一定流量和流速,经计算,渡槽的截面至少 15 米 宽, 8 米 深,如此巨大的渡槽横贯于 105 公里 的海面上空,太玄了!如还考虑到旅顺附近海底尚有 80 多米深的很宽的海沟再加上大桥净空高度的话。峰回路转,海空不行改海底输水怎样?又冒出了个朦胧无知的想法。漫想之鹞既已放出就任其逍遥吧。于是先后向国内 7 家地图出版社索购高倍地形图,但均以机密资料而拒绝,又走遍市内各高校图书馆,也无收获。但经这一顿搜索,意外发现了个捷径:干脆舍弃渤海海峡而取道辽东湾的最近距离(旅顺秦皇岛),再通往津京唐地区如何?这 80 余公里辽东湾线路的海底是一马平川,倾斜度仅 0.1 度,自西向东倾斜,平均海深仅 25 米 ,且此处风平浪静,好极了,真令人高兴,在此实施海底沉管输水定是小菜一碟(?)且全路程比原设想走海峡大为缩短。于是一份海市蜃楼式的谈鸭绿江水西调的建议就照此思路写成。先寄给提出调水的原作者请予评论,很快收到热情回信,完全同意路线修改,还提出了很好的指导意见。恰逢大旱之年( 2000 年)水利部长汪恕诚来连视察水利,作为大连市民我顺便提个水利的建议不算冒失吧。建议寄出后的确很意外也很高兴收到水利部的回信:鸭绿江水是国际河流需统一规划,科学选比,当前全力以赴搞南水北调 凡事有失总会有点得的,建议不成至少对渤海这片海域增进了点知识:海很浅,底很平,流很静。由于我常去海边游泳,慢慢地就萌生了能否在渤海上建一座东西方向大桥的想法,于是又一次不管天高地厚,写了关于建设辽东湾海上大桥的建议,即我的博客中的第一篇。百姓奢谈江山撇开很多复杂因素怎么说都行,反正谋事在人,成事在天,天怎样就不管了。关于水利的漫想之旅就侃到这里为止。喔,还有余音 我们这辈子的人说真的对大自然的馈赠还是很珍惜的,一次性用品到我这里就变成多次性,说到水,就更为珍惜。有一次抄 水表的 女士对我说,在她抄的 800 户中算我的用水量最少,说时一脸疑惑,还没等我显露自豪之情时她接着说除非你偷水,否则哪能并在我水计量表的进水接口上装上一个塑料硬装置:防偷!我因节水而被疑为偷水而十分惊讶并深感遗憾,而且这绝对是一件有口难开有理难辨的事情!于是决定带着我的护身符谈鸭绿江水西调去自来水管理部门申辩:关心水利的人是不会偷水的,而偷水的人是不会去写关心水利的文章,没想这并非理由充足的推理却收到预期效果。不久接到通知去参加一个隆重的全市节水大会,我算是唯一的额外邀请发言者。会后电视台五次来采访,后来路上碰到一辆出租车在我面突然停下,司机伸出头来:老大爷有幸碰到你,我惊问是谁,他说:你是节水大王,我又一跃成大王了。后来 那位 女士又来抄水表,乐呵呵告诉我,她参加了那次大会,我也乐呵呵告诉她:是她让我上了电视。 总之, 20 年来,随心所欲地写过不少设想和建议之类,有回应则喜,无回应也过瘾,寓乐于思,其乐融融,快乐思维就是这样。 老年人追求肉体保健(如吃 5 色食品,营养搭配,少进烟酒,多运动)和精神保健是必要的,但人类独有的智能保健还是忽视不得,否则保健观念就不够完整。同身体锻炼有有氧和无氧两种方式相结合一样,大脑光作无氧思维(即常态思维)是不行的,也需有有氧思维(积极思维),大脑才更健康(请教生理学专家是否这样?)。因此,智能保健不仅要操练右脑(音乐、美术、书法),也要操练左脑(理性思维、逻辑思维),不仅要被动用脑(欣赏艺术、学习知识),也要主动用脑(创作、创新,但悠着点)。老人的主动用脑有别于在职时期,它没有压力只有动力,没有责任但有点义务,不刻意追求什么结果,但求有趣和愉快的过程,形成一种既尊重客观现实又放宽思想自由度的夕阳思维模式。总之人体器官不用则废是条铁则,你如把你的左脑一直闲耄耋之年不积极运用它,那么再好的肉体保健到时也可能将沦为轮椅一族,导致思维肢体迟钝起来,给社会及后辈带来极大的负担,所以活到老,快乐而积极思维到老,是一条强身护国的林荫之道。 附言:提高国民素质是常挂在嘴边的话,也是一件长期、艰巨也不太好办的事,靠学校教育,媒体宣传,张贴口号,工作生活实践来提高固然可以,但我还是主张用寓教于乐的方式,即前面博文中所说可否在全国建几所传统表演艺术大学,其最终目的是希望到基层去说唱(或叫说唱讲座)从此入手,以达到感化民众的目的,则必事半功倍。乐的办法很多,不用说,教什么呢?内容无限,最主要还是要唤起人们的生态醒觉。因生态醒觉程度高者其人格及素质必高无疑,反之亦然。从此入手,同样会事半功倍。一旦说唱讲座流行起来,也将成为我们老人的乐园。最后录一段英语说词。 Americans love lectures!
