2017 中国工业大数据创新发展高峰论坛感悟 百忙之中今天去万寿路宾馆参会。做为听众,感到讲者论述的内容并不过瘾,似乎离高峰二字相去甚远。 大数据目前的特征是 AI ,这方面无人谈及。倪院士强调市场化,不能够从 0 开始。提示美国的 CIA 可以进入任何现在使用的 windows 、 Android 和 ios 等操作系统,因而网络安全如何如何。主张国产操作系统, CPU 用国产的等等。在我看来,尚无李总理提出的那种“弯道超车”气势。国内无论操作系统还是 CPU 设计,基本上还是人家的那一套,没有根本性的创新设计,如何能够抵御人家侵入?我对研究生们十分强调自己设计 CPU 的重要性,这种重要性最突出的是对信息安全的保证。 现代计算机在体系结构上有严重的缺欠。首先是不安全。制造CPU和操作系统设计国家,可以掌控任何使用其CPU和操作系统的单位和个人。其次,目前的操作系统方法是黑客、病毒滋生的环境,因而无法断绝。第三,单一的 OS 管理程序执行方式难以提高效率,系统软件消耗越来越大,表现为高版本的效率反不及低版本。第四,对离散的数据处理方式存在严重缺欠,影响人工智能的进一步向机器脑方向发展。 克服以上问题,动态计算机的设计有独到之处。只可惜无人能识。
