第一届国际腐蚀防护与应用大会 EFC China 2019第一轮通知 中国·重庆 2019.10.9-12 会议主题:技术共享、协同发展、共建美好家园 金属的腐蚀无所不在,危害遍及几乎所有的行业,如石油、电力、钢铁、海洋等。其对国民经济的破坏非常严重,据统计,全世界每年因金属腐蚀造成的直接经济损失约为7000亿-10000亿美元。腐蚀是全人类共同面对的问题,而至少30%的腐蚀是可以通过科普、研究与技术应用来控制的。为了减少腐蚀带来的损失,国内外相关科研工作者不断努力创新,获得了大量优异的工作成果。 Application(ICCPA) Oct. 9-12, 2019 Chongqing, China Conference Theme: Technology sharing, coordinated development, jointly building a beautiful home Corrosion of metals is ubiquitous and harmful for almost all industries, such as oil, electricity, steel, ocean and so on. Its damage to the national economy is very serious, according to statistics, the direct economic loss caused by metal corrosion annually is about 700 billion~1 trillion dollars. Baorong Hou, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and his team estimate that China's corrosion losses in 2014 were as high as 2 trillion yuan, which was about 3% of the country's GDP. Corrosion is a common problem facing all mankind, and at least 30% of corrosion can be controlled through popularization of science, research and technology application. In order to reduce the loss caused by corrosion, related researchers at home and abroad have made continuous efforts to innovate and obtained a large number of excellent work results. European Federation of Corrosion (EFC), Chongqing Association for Science and Technology and Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection will hold 1st International Conference on Corrosion Protection and Application (ICCPA), EFC China 2019 in Chongqing, China on Oct. 9-12, 2019, which aims at strengthening international technical exchanges and information sharing, seeking cooperation opportunities, and jointly addressing the challenges of corrosion problems. 大叶海桐( Pittosporum daphniphylloides Hayata var. adaphniphylloides (Hu F.T.Wang) W. T. Wang ),海桐花科海桐属。去年先注意到枝叶,在灌木或小乔木上分支方式奇特,革质叶没有啥气味,常生长在崖壁上。后来在四面山望乡台瀑布的石阶旁见到往年的果实,开裂的 2 果瓣几乎朽烂。敏思苦想了很长时间,翻阅了重庆可能有并符合特征的大部分类群,锁定到海桐花科,最后找到这个名称。其原变种(牛耳枫叶海桐)产台湾;大陆只有大叶海桐这个变种,仅见于湖南、湖北、贵州、四川(包括重庆)的局部阔叶林中,常生悬崖。今年看到不少地方都有,前些天见到绿色的果实但够不着。昨天中午开始下雨持续近 24 小时,下午走大路到望乡台瀑布上面的石阶,正好看到有容易够着的果实。果枝上果实很多,比栽培海桐或野生的几个种的果实都小,近圆锥状排列。仍然没有观察到花,文献上说花序为复伞房花序。望乡台瀑布左岸陡坡上保留的常绿阔叶树种,仍然有部分种类长期没有看到花果,每次路过总望而兴叹。

王应宽 Wang Yingkuan Beijing, China October 20, 2011 Address at the Opening Ceremony of CSAE 2011 Thomas Banhazi President, Australian Society for Engineering in Agriculture Chair of CIGR Technical Section II Professor, University of Southern Queensland Dear friends and colleagues, Australia and China are countries of great diversity with extreme agricultural challenges. Innovation has been a prerequisite for the agricultural sector in these countries. Currently, the agricultural sector faces intense challenges related to a range of economic, environmental and social factors in both countries. Collaborative research between Australia and China and adoption of new agricultural technologies might provide real opportunities to deliver innovative solutions for a variety of agricultural production systems in these countries. To facilitate collaboration, a large Chinese delegation visited the 2011 Australian Society for Engineering in Agriculture conference around the end of September and early October. (The Chinese delegation was truly significant and included 35 academics and researchers from 18 different universities and 6 academies/research institutes from 14 provinces across China. I must also say at that point that A/Prof. Wang Yingkuan from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Engineering, Ministry of Agriculture played a significant role in bringing the Chinese delegates to Australia. Therefore, the SEAg Conference organizer gave him an International Exchange and Cooperation Award. The conference and associated research visits provided a unique forum for Chinese and Australian delegates to come together, share ideas and thus foster the development of innovative solutions for the benefit of different agricultural industries. In addition, both Chinese and Australian researchers benefitted from the input of approx. 150 participants who arrived from 20 different countries to participate in the SEAg conference. The 2011 SEAg conference offered presentations on wide ranging topics, including sensor development, machine vision applications, post harvest technologies, machinery design, tillage optimisation, irrigation, water, livestock and environmental management, making the conference a truly informative event. The Chinese delegation significantly contributed to debates during the conference. Interestingly, the “best your researcher’s presentation” award was also won by a Chinese student from the Chin a Agricultural University, namely Weichao Zheng, a PhD student who is well supervised by Prof. Baoming Li, HD at the China Agricultural University. I also have to stress, that the SEAg conference was not a one-off collaborative event between Australia and China. My previous involvement in attending and speaking at the 2011 ICAE conference in Zibo, Shandong, my previous visits to CAAE/CSAE, to the China Agricultural University, and my long term relationships with many close colleagues in China including, Profs. Baoming Li and Yingkuan Wang demonstrated the mutual wishes and interests of both Australian and Chinese academics to improve cooperation between China and Australia in the area of agricultural engineering and production. With this in mind I would like to congratulate you on this conference and would like to thank the organising committee for inviting me to participate.
