1个月内收到2次 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 的审稿邀请! 难道我马上就要成为顶级期刊的重要审稿专家了。 6.20收到了生平第一次审稿邀请,邀请审投到 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 的一篇文章,第一回当审稿专家就审投到顶级期刊的文章。今天又收到该期刊的审稿邀请! 不知道为什么老找我当审稿专家,看了论文的摘要后,发现与我的方向太相似了,于是又忍不住点了接受审稿邀请。 接受审稿邀请后就可以看到论文全文了,粗略看了一下论文,内容挺熟悉,比前一篇熟悉。 可惜第一篇都还没审完,看了一些参考资料,有点想据,又舍不得,创新是有,但是觉得达不到IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems的要求,且模型存在一定问题。 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems今年的影响因子大于4,是Fuzzy理论中最高的,在人工智能大领域好像排第2. 又有得忙了,累死了,自己都没得时间写论文。
昨天晚上收到 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 的审稿邀请,一时很是激动! 以前从来没审过稿(只本科的时候帮老师审过2篇),连中文稿件都没审过,没想到第一次审稿就是这个领域的顶级期刊! 我2010年向IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 投过2篇论文,可惜没抓住机会,大修后被拒了,现在也没能在上面发表过论文。 昨晚收到审稿要求后,考虑良久,不知道该不该接,直到今天晚上,按照论文题目和摘要,搜索了一些相关论文后,发现方向跟我的比较接近,于是兴趣大起,刚接受审稿。该期刊要求2个工作日内就决定是否接受审稿邀请:Please respond within two business days. 接受审稿后,就看到论文全文了,粗略浏览了下,感觉压力还是挺大,公式太多。IEEE TFS is the flagship journal for fuzzy sets and its reputation is highly significant for all of us. 哎,这几天又要好好看文献了,争取审好!PS:该期刊想得挺周到的,审稿意见用word写: (2). 《A user centric service-oriented modeling approach》,Ding-Yuan Cheng, Kuo-Ming Chao, Chi-Chun Lo, Chen-Fang Tsai World Wide Web (2011), Springe Abstract With rapid development of service-oriented architecture and cloud computing, web services have been widely employed on the Internet. Quality of Service (QoS) is a very important criterion for service consumers to measure and select services. The selection of web services with respect to non-functional QoS criteria can be considered as a Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem when multiple consumers need to share a number of services. This paper describes a new user centric service-oriented modeling approach which is featured by integrating fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Service Component Architecture (SCA) to facilitate web service selection and composition and to effectively satisfy a group of service consumers’ subjective requirements and preferences in the dynamic environment. The main contribution of this method is able to translate a group of users’ fuzzy requirements to services as well as model different levels of hardware and software as services to meet the requirements. We also design a simulated environment that includes 8*8 LED matrix on a circuit board that corresponds to an office with different appliances to demonstrate the dynamic service selection and binding. The simulation is used to assess the computational efficiency of the fuzzy TOPSIS method and the effectiveness of the proposed system. 《Evaluation of services using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process》,L. Mikhailov, P. Tsvetinov Applied Soft Computing, 2004 ,Elsevier Abstract: This paper proposes a new approach for tackling the uncertainty and imprecision of the service evaluation process. Identifying suitable service offers, evaluating the offers and choosing the best alternatives are activities that set the scene for the consequent stages in negotiations and influence in a unique manner the following deliberations. The pre-negotiation problem in negotiations over services is regarded as decision-making under uncertainty, based on multiple criteria of quantitative and qualitative nature, where the imprecise decision-maker’s judgements are represented as fuzzy numbers. A new fuzzy modification of the analytic hierarchy process is applied as an evaluation technique. The proposed fuzzy prioritisation method uses fuzzy pairwise comparison judgements rather than exact numerical values of the comparison ratios and transforms the initial fuzzy prioritisation problem into a non-linear program. Unlike the known fuzzy prioritisation techniques, the proposed method derives crisp weights from consistent and inconsistent fuzzy comparison matrices, which eliminates the need of additional aggregation and ranking procedures. A detailed numerical example, illustrating the application of our approach to service evaluation is given. 连续两篇论文投向了 IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems ,两篇文章中间隔了一个月,不知道主编会不会觉得有点快。IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems 是 COMPUTER SCIENCE, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (计算机科学-人工智能)的顶级期刊,08年IF:3.624 (人工智能领域排第5),难度应该还是挺大的!under review 了,期待有好消息!
