湖南师范大学Jianxin Song课题组开发了一种新型扩环卟啉[22]Smaragdyrin BF2络合物与Ni(II)卟啉的融合杂化体。该项研究成果发表在2022年6月20日出版的《德国应用化学》上。
在该研究中,团队合成了[22]Smaragdyrin BF2-配合物(S)与Ni(II)卟啉(P)的融合杂化体,该物质是通过Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联溴代的S和硼化的P、以及随后与FeCl3的氧化融合反应生成的,这是第一个具有环庚三烯连接的直接融合卟啉。

Abstract: [22]Smaragdyrin BF 2 -complex ( S )—Ni II porphyrin ( P ) fused hybrids were synthesized through Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of brominated S with borylated P and subsequent oxidative fusion reaction with FeCl 3 as the first example of directly fused porphyrinoids bearing cycloheptatriene linkage. These fused hybrids have been fully characterized, including their X-ray structural analysis. Owing to the cycloheptatriene linkage, these fused hybrids take waving structures. These fused hybrids display red-shifted and enhanced Q-like bands and redox potentials, depending upon the constitution and the linking position.
