1.      设置环境变量（EnvironmentVaraiables）

右击我的电脑——高级系统设置——环境变量——在系统变量里有path选项——双击打开——在原有变量的基础上添加英文状态下的分号——然后将路径名（WGRIB路径）输入即可。（切记，不要删除原先的系统变量，只要用分号隔开，然后添加，最后也要加上分号。）

如果不事先设置这个步骤，可能导致出现“'wgrib' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.”的错误。

2.      打开CMD

开始——运行——输入“cmd”后回车，出现CMD窗口。

3.      显示WGRIB命令参数

在CMD窗口输入“wgrib”，回车，结果如图 1，红框内即为WGRIB的命令参数。

2.      Decoding GRIB selection GRIB格式解码选项

-d [recordnumber|all]       decode record number按编号输出数据

-p [byteposition]           decode record at byte position按二进制位置输出数据

-i                         decode controlled bystdin <inventory list>按输入流控制编码，一般转化Grib文件都要加

<none>                    no decoding 不输出
