2023年1月14日,北京大学基础医学院生理学与病理生理学系孔炜教授和丛馨副教授团队,在心血管领域权威期刊《European Heart Journal》在线发表了题为“Targeting endothelial tight junctions to predict and protect thoracic aortic aneurysm and dissection”的研究论文,揭示了内皮紧密连接在胸主动脉瘤/夹层发生发展中的关键作用,并研发了基于检测内皮紧密连接屏障功能的新型胸主动脉瘤/夹层预警探针。
