1、研究目的：探究添加益生菌的复合物对肠道菌群、对 irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) symptoms（肠易激型综合症）的影响

2、研究方案：39位服用含有Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium breve, B. actis, B. longum, and Streptococcus thermophilus的复合物，42位服用安慰剂，跟踪4周的数据变化。

3、研究方法：用quantitative real-time PCR检测菌群情况，IBS的症状用调查问卷查询， 最后给出symptom scores和在pain、constipation、diarrhea和bloating/gas的subtotal scores以进行最后的评判。

    4.1 对肠道内益生菌含量的影响
