China Needs “万人计划”!

Ok, what I meant to say is “在国内找不到工作就出国好了！”
I have no intention to hurt China, my birth country. If you can agree to that, then you might see my suggestion makes good sense.
One of the biggest problems in China is there are too many talented people but not enough jobs for everyone. The same project that needs 8 people is wanted by 18. What the government should do is to actually set up a fund for “万人计划,” or even “千万人计划,” encouraging jobless Chinese to go abroad, instead of buying more U.S. debts. Think about it; this could be the best investment the government can ever make, charging 3-5% interest if necessary. In 5-10 years, some of these people may own a company, or a restaurant, in every corner of the world!
