Internet makes baking at home easy

Even in Hawaii, November can bring chills. (Ok, it's not the same chills you get in New York, or Seattle.) So, on weekend mornings I start to think about baking something.
I like anything made with pumpkin, so why not trying pumpkin pudding? I spend
quite a bit of money buying it all year around. (Sure, I only need a cup each
time; so may be buying is still a better way to go.)
I am trying this recipe right now, and will let you know how good it turns out
to be.

Mini (3.5") pumpkin pie--it is so small that you need to eat at least two in one go! I did.
