生物活性:ATP(腺苷 5'-三磷酸)是体内能量储存和代谢的核心成分。 ATP 提供代谢能量以驱动代谢泵,并在细胞中充当辅酶。 ATP 是免疫和炎症中重要的内源性信号分子[1][2]。
体外:ATP(5 mM;1 小时)与 LPS (1 μg/mL) 共同处理对 HGFs 中 NLRP3 炎性体的激活具有协同作用[3]。ATP (2 mM;0.5-24 小时)以 caspase-1 激活依赖性方式诱导 BMDM 分泌 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2[4]。ATP 促进中性粒细胞趋化性体外[4].
体内:ATP (50 mg/kg; ip) 在体内保护小鼠免受细菌感染[4]。ATP 在体内诱导 IL-1β、KC 和 MIP-2 的分泌以及中性粒细胞募集[4].
