机床企业服务备件管理信息系统的研究与开发

摘要

论文针对机床企业在传统的服务备件管理模式下,主要依靠人工管理,效率较低,服务备件库存难以控制,备件信息难以统计和查询的问题,研究提出利用信息技术平台,在网络和计算机技术的支持下,将先进的库存管理技术纳入其中,设计开发了一套适用于机床企业的服务备件管理信息系统。该系统不仅方便了服务备件的业务操作,而且实现了快速查询和统计分析功能,对服务备件的有效管理提供了实时信息和决策依据。

在充分参考现有的备件管理理论和信息系统应用方案的基础上,本论文主要进行了以下的工作:

首先,阐述了服务备件管理的概念和核心业务,对比分析了需求确定和需求未知两种情况下的库存管理和控制方法,研究了服务备件需求特征并提出了服务备件管理信息系统所采用的库存模型和需求预测方法。

其次,讨论了机床企业服务备件管理信息系统的逻辑结构,提出了应用jsf+spring+hibernate的集成框架进行系统开发,并建立了系统软件体系结构。

再次,在对沈阳机床(集团)服务备件管理的调研分析基础上,设计和实现了基于J2EE 多层结构的机床企业服务备件管理信息系统原型。

最后,论述了原型系统实现的业务操作和统计分析功能,并进行了实例验证。

ABSTRACT

The traditional mode of service parts management in machine tool enterprises, relying mainly on manual management, led to less efficiency: it is very difficult to inventory control, and to statistical information as well as enquiries for service parts. In order to deal with these problems, the present thesis, supported by the network and computer technology, has researched and proposed a solution by the integration of information platform and advanced inventory management technology. On this basis a new service parts management information system to meet machine tool enterprises is designed and developed.. The system has not only facilitated the service parts business operations, but also achieved  rapid query and statistical analysis, which has provided real-time information and decision basis for effective management of service parts.

On the basis of full reference about service parts management theories and information system applications, the thesis has conducted the following work:

First of all, the thesis has explicated the concept of service parts management and core business, and analyzed comparatively methods of inventory management and control about the certain demand and the uncertain demand. On the research of characteristics of the demand for service parts, the inventory model and demand forecasting methods are proposed which are used in service parts management information system.

Secondly, the logical structure of service parts management information system in machine tool enterprises is discussed. And system software architecture is worked out by using of the jsf+spring+hibernate integrated framework.

Thirdly, on the basis of the investigation into the service parts management in the Shenyang Machine Tool (Group), a new prototype of service parts management information system based on J2EE multi-tiered structure for machine tool enterprises is designed and implemented.

Finally, the thesis has explicated the operational and statistical analysis functions achieved by the prototype, and given test cases which showed that the system realized the expected objective.
